- Their are many placement opportunities like many mnc and starups come like Capgemini,Infosys, Accenture,Wipro etc. there boy to girl ratio is 60:40 I think
- The computers in the lab are good and mostly functional
Dislikes
- The AC in the classroom are not all functional and in summer they have to repair it after we say to them
- For the first 3 year the classes for subjects was tightly packed. There was only same subjects left for the final year
Course Curriculum Overview :
The most selected course is CS because most of the company come of there course but now there are also AI companies coming so I think AI course could have some boost. I think the course are still lagging behind to our real world applications. I think they should give us some more real world interaction. There are two exam per semester one for 30 marks at the middle of the semester and one for 50 marks at the end.
Internships Opportunities :
When the placement season comes they are many companies which only comes for internship they don't give job offers and their are also internship opportunities for the technical section of the university as well as educational. There is a minor project for the first year then we have to do major projects after that. The projects can be AI related or web development or anything else which is related to some technology, there is a mentor provided for us to give us directions but that doesn't matter much.
Placement Experience :
There is placement given in our college and our college gets us many different MNCs and startups which take tests in which we have to clear them. Every MNC and startups have different process but basically the process are to take the test then have a coding ground then there is an technical interview then there is an HR round. Some of the company which visited us are Accenture, Wipro Capgemini, juspay, AU small Bank etc the highest package in my year is around 40 lacs. The average package is somewhat about 5 lacs to 6 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid :
I am From Btech CS so my first year fee was 185000, second year fee was 200000, third year fee was 215000 and forth year was 230000.We can avail some concession in fees for jee marks like 30k to 40k I think because my friend has it and a state scholarship is also given to the ones applied but the process for it is hectic.
Campus Life :
There are many clubs in our college like singing, dancing, sports, NCC etc. there are also many fest which are organised by these clubs in our college like spandan, srijan and many more. There are many facilities and technology provisions but the auditorium is somewhat low grade. Therefore all the best are held in the KC ground.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel are average they are two types of hostel one the normal one and the second world is called wings the wings are more costly but they also have better rooms then the hostel ones. The mess is not that much good and the food are sometimes on the low end and when our parent comes they make more good food. There are also PGS at the outside of the hostel many of the day scholars come from there. The fees for hostel is 79000 and the fees wings is 84000. There is no refund if you have accommodated it.
Admission :
I chose this college because some friend of my father work here and they recommended it. There is an exam for admission which is online and is easy, it asks of the 10th and 12th knowledge. I didn't apply for some other colleges so I don't know about them.
Faculty :
There is a small number of faculty and a large number of students.There relationship is good we can ask for advice also in our personal life.I like Ashish sir we teached us software development life cycle and akhilesh sir who teached computer networks.The exam are moderate not so tough if you have studied. And the back exam is more easy but they take some fee for it approx 6k, it could be increased now. They show you half term papers and the marking is good, well most of it depends on the teacher who checked it.
Night Life :
There are clubs and their activities in which we can participate for our night life like there are badminton courts in which we can play badminton or we can go for a walk around the campus the cafeteria is opened up to one at night. There is a restriction in which we have to come a before 8:30 at night and we cannot go outside of the college after 8 o'clock at night. But we can go out of the hostel at night there is no restriction. There are gyms for Each hostel and they have multiple types of equipment for workout.
