Remarks :

Positive Good College Good Atmosphere Good Temperature Good food Negative Extra class The college is good but there will be class for those who have failed in internal mark exam. That is one negative point.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course which i choosed is good one. Because civil have many job opportunity all over the world mainly in Dubai.The exam structure is also good. First there are two exams for internal. After that the main sem exam.

Placement Experience :

There is placements and job opportunity. The College will provide placements for students. From 1st year themself appoints placement trainers to train students. So that they can do better in placement.

College Events :

In this college there is only 2 events are celebrated . One is onam . On that day many game will be there and we have lot of fun on that events. The another one is not actually a event but its a fest which is conduted by various departments.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is not that much expensive.But for only for NRI cota fee is about rs 90000 per year. For management cota the fee will be 60000 per year or 55000 or 40000 per year. If we need we can request them to reduce the fee.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship and loan facility is offered by this college. If we want loan we Have to buy a loan from at Rs 10 or 5 .And we have to fill it and sumit it to the bank for loan. We can return this money after our studies

Campus Life :

extracurricular activities, labs, are good.I have never in sports day in our College. Y dont know. But other activities are awsome. And tech fest is also there. So we will have lot of fun in the fest.

Alumni/Alumna :

In this college there is no ragging. The senior's are good and helpful.During tech fest all the students juniors and seniors work together for fest. Seniors will teamup in tech fest sports. And they r supportive too.

Faculty :

The faculty of college r good. And they are supportive too (only some). They have a good mind like friendly mind. There teaching style is also good. They will solve all the doubts of student without any hesitation.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
