An in-depth review on MIT-wpu collage & Academics

Course Curriculum Overview :

I took the course because I am interested in physics and college provides a great specialization option and provides an opportunity to learn things more practically, than just theoretical mugging-up. i would recommend the course if someone is actually behind the knowledge and for the fun of learning.

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are often shared by faculties and departments provide opportunities to attend events to get in contact with companies and experts in the field to get the projects, or to be accepted as interns of interest.

Fees and Financial Aid :

To register for admission to any course any student needs to fill out an admission form and pay the registration fee which is about Rs. 1.5k, apart from that we only need to pay the course fees which in my case is Rs. 80,000. The fees can be paid in two halves, which are 50k and 30k. College offers scholarships for NRI's and other specific categories.

Campus Life :

The college life is very active with all the events and activities. There are several events which consist of events like comedy shows, concerts, talent hunt and others. There are several existing active clubs one can take part in. The clubs here along with fun interactions teaches you several things and provide you with experience.

Admission :

This collage provides specialization in my course which most of the collages don't, I did apply in a couple of other collages but the course structure and personal interaction with the collage professors sounded promising.

Faculty :

Faculties are very friendly and approachable, even after possessing an extreme amount of knowledge in their field they are polite and make sure that every student feels comfortable in the environment. The exams are detailed but are well within the syllabus,

Night Life :

There is a gym near the college, where a lot of students like to spend their time. The College Library is huge and has a perfect environment to focus on work. The area near the college is very busy and has a very active nightlife, multiple stores are open until after midnight or so.

Placement Experience:

Colleges have placement cells, also known as Career Development Centers or Training and Placement Cells, that help students with the placement process. These cells provide career guidance, training, and placement services. They also help students develop skills like communication, confidence, and leadership.

The placments for Bachlor's were not that great. They are more in the favour of Commerce applicants. The maximum package during my time was 400000 which is really less than the market. Also, the placments and the roles are really average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I thought that zoology is most interesting to learn and its have future job opportunity. So basically zoo student are like little dr or zoologist. It provides little bit of that syllabus while learning you feel like you are dr or expert in zoology which example we experience in our day to day life. They need to add more teachers and placement opportunity. After every one and half month there is exam.

Placement Experience:

Well as per our seniors and professors recruiters often visit our college to give placements. There are some big companies too who send their recruiters here. My professor had told me they once got a package for a student for 7,00,000 inr which i think is too much exaggerated but still you could get a placement of 1,00,000-2,00,000 here as a fresher.
