  • College hours are very long. The college literally starts at 8:50 and ends at 4:15. Also i do not understand the dress code. I understand if they ban ripped jeans, sleevless tops etc but why short kurtis??

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is decent. A lot of subjects were unnecessarily pushed on us which they have fixed now for the junior batches. Few of the subjects which we were suppose to study in our starting years were given in 4th year.

Placement Experience :

College placements for School of law was not that good till this year till last year 9 cgpa and some good amount of attendance in the entire course was needed for the placement. But this year i think the on placement might get improved as now the eligibility criteria says that you need 5 cgpa minimum for going for on campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The college fee for per year (2 semesters) is ?1,50,000 excluding the hostel or transport fee. During the admission the admission fee of ?25,000 is charged as well. Overall the entire college fee for the 5 year degree is approx ?7,00,000.

Campus Life :

We do not have a campus life most of the time we are in classes only because we have classes from 8:50-4:15. College organises good college fests and a lots of different seminars though and even inter school competitions are organised.

Admission :

I had decent amount of options for my college. I thought of taking an year drop but changed the plan in end moment so i chose Presidency. I liked the campus and the other things which were given in the brochure and interacted with few of the students as well and the reviews were decent.

Faculty :

Faculty members are incredibly supportive, always willing to provide guidance and assistance. They are all very highly knowledgeable and have good teaching methods. Classes are also very interactive. I have had good faculties only for all my subjects since the 1st semester except few.

Night Life :

College cafeteria food is decent and affordable. Also the campus has a big lawn and around the campus every where there are seats to sit and hangout with your friends. Also we have electric standing cycles and the normal cycles to roam around the campus. Indoor and outdoor games and Gym is also available in the campus.

Other Applied Colleges

UPES, School of Law | Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Law [BALLB] {Hons.}

I missed the deadline for confirming my admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very competitive and the scope of passing is very low There are many loopholes in the board which makes it difficult for the student to clear all subjects The course is easy but wantedly it's made difficult but the teaching is made easier here

Course Curriculum Overview:

What attracted me to join this college is mainly their different law committee and competition relating to that. The notes and the curriculum are apt and will help to tackle down the real world problems by completing this course. The exams are 3 hours long and the question paper are all difficult as it is a really vast subjects.

Placement Experience:

No campus placement is offered in our college. After pursuing LLB degree one may start to practice law as a junior advocate in any firm or he/she may join as a legal advisor of any company after obtaining required practice in his profession or He/ She can get prepared for judicial exams.

Admission:

I appeared the CLAT exam, which is an entrance exam for taking admission in the law colleges. Moreover I had secured good marks in my 12th boards for which after my application was received by the college, they selected me for admission.

Placement Experience:

All students have to look outside to get the job. Many of my classmates were struggled to get the job after completion of course. No figures to say when there was no campus placements. I heard that few companies came for placements but all were call centre companies.
