Remarks :

Overall the college is good.Out of 10 i would give 8. Rest 2 is for hostel facility.College cafeteria provides a good menu,but same many for years is kinda boring. College is away from the city.so its boring on Sundays

Course Curriculum Overview :

About the course,i was pretty sure to take up.As i was a computer science student in puc.overall the course is best for me.Exam is conducted for each sem.A sem consist internal assessment 40 and external exam for 100.Later the marks are made to 100.And grade points are given.

Placement Experience :

Every year more than 150+ company visit our college campus and on an average 95% of the students get placed in various company every year.Average 3 lpa.But the highest paid is 9 lpa. Overall the placement activity is good in the college

College Events :

Every year annual fest is celebrated in the college for 3 days.In which students from other college participate in various events.Workshops and events are conducted by the college.And the traditional celebration is made on ayudh pooja every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees paid to the government and college kinda feasible but the hostel fees is bit expensive.As food facility is not included in the hostel bill pay.So the policy 'pay and eat' is introduced.It sounds good but expensive

Fees and Financial Aid :

Loan is provided by college bank, which is sponsered by canara bank. About the scholarship program,students get scholarship provided by the government every year but it varies with religion and caste.

Campus Life :

Every year different kind of sports is conducted Every year variety of games are conducted.Recently cricket league was conducted with net cash price of 6666. Inter colleg level sports is conducted every year by vtu.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is not up to the mark.Tge infrastructure is good but in the room every stuff is attached even study table.But the rules are strict.Ragging is prohibited.Every year hostel day is conducted.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni is opened by our college committee for first year students. Seniors are helpful in many ways,for project works, information regarding the college and in seminars etc. Contact with seniors is kinda helpful.

Faculty :

Overall faculty is good.Many of thr faculty had completed their ph.d degree and many of them continuiny with their professional course.Each faculty get 1 hour of teaching in which they complete everything in ease.

A short review on ASE- Bengaluru

Placement Experience:

Last year due to recession the placements were low comparatively. From semester 7 onwards we are eligible for campus placements. I do not exactly have the correct statistics, but all the students who tried outside got the jobs easily. Highest package 32 lacks and least goes upto 3 lacks per annum. Last yearpercentage of students placed is 66 and before that it was more than 90 My plan is to get a good job, after the degree and if I cannot get a good job then I will go for higher studies abroad.

NITK: The college for the best

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements by the start of the 7th semester, and the internships by the 5th semester. Since Mangalore has many MNCs, most of the campus drives start with those companies. We have an average package of 18LPA and it varies according to each branch of engineering. Mostly all the computer science-related branches have 23LPA as their average and the core branches have 14LPA. Almost 95 per cent of the students get placed. The highest package has even crossed 50LPA.

Things you should know about presidency University

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the computer science was booming and also beeing an aspiring student towards that field I had decided to do CSE. The curriculum is was less practical towards the real world applications. They should have include industry professionals to teach they would have better knowledge and experience. Every one we used to have exam like mid term , FA, and end terms. Difficulty depends upon prepration level done by student.

Placement Experience:

They are eligible for placements after 4th semester and the placements are average, a lot of companies have visited I can't say them all ex like Infosys, TCS , and a lot of American and Taiwanese companies, the highest place ment in this campus was around 28lpa and average is around 1L and the percentage of students getting placements are below average like every other college cause this mostly depends on you and not the college its all based on your skill set. My plans are to get a job with a good lpa and I'm confident about that because I have a good skillset which would benefit the companies.
