Course Curriculum Overview :

I feel the ciriculam can be updated a bit more , as this specific course is for research some what indepth syllabus would have been better but it has sufficient standard. The syllabus is sufficient to carry on with your further academic pursuits but bit of self efforts are mandate I feel the depth main subjects can be increased and teaching methods are good and intaractive Exams are properly conducted with taking consideration about the chapter outcomes and checking your grip in a chapter from all kinds of questions, The exams are moderate in toughness

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee is 79 thousand rupees for other states and for the first year aditional 5000 rs for admission has to be paid there is chance of increase in fee yearly There is no fee difference as oer category, though home state has lesser fee than other state by aroud 10 thousand Fee is only accepted through online payment

Campus Life :

As i am a first year student i am not sur of all the that will happen in future But hese are the main events Darpan is university wide event that usally happens in july moth Several department wise events happen through out the year The most remarkable event is ethnic day which happens on basha utsav day The physics fest is called eureka and math fest is convergence The book collection is very huge and new books are constantly being added to the library and there is good acess to the internet in the library The sports and ncc activities regularly happen and university will provide attendance claims if lost due to participation in these activities, rhere ais ocen of extracurricular activities that are happening, every day some or the other department put up some stalls and involve students

Admission :

I have appled to all government colleges like iisers niser and iisc but due to insufficient preparation for entrance exams i was not able to get admissions in them. And from my teachers suggestion i have decide to join here The admission process for this couse is fairly simple , apply in online and select a comfortable date for the interview, one essay writing would be given to write and ur 12 and and 10arks would be considered folled by interview ,if u are selected then u will get the option to oay the fee and book a slot for admission date

Faculty :

In our course the ratio between faculty and students is very nice and for ever 15 to 20 people a mentor has been assigned and also every class has a councellor for support of students, Holistic education classes take place and they are part of ciricullam, the faculty are very nice and approachable except for a very few thts just common in every place. In my course i like my physics faculty they are very friendly and talented professors they make the class very interesting teir names are arun sir and ravi sir I felt the math faculty was lacking sone charm as the maths syllabus is not so well designed, the very important integral calculus is not an main course,if elt there is huge scope for improvement in the way they teach this course There are total of 4 exams in a semester one final semester , 3 CIAs Cia 2 carries 25 percentage weightage and 5 percentage for attendance 50 percentage for end sem and rest 20 percentage for intrenal assignments

Night Life :

Night life is very energetic around the university but inside the university there is night curfew as u are not allowed to enter or go out of campus after 9 pm During the day there are very nice places and cfes to hangout inside the campus There are several shops inside the campus itself wich provide food from all cuisines. The locality is very nice and safe to roam in the nights and so many christites drink tea in malbar cafe situated right infront of campus and also hangout in nexus mall nearby

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum for BSc is simply the extended version of 11th and 12th standard portions in the first year. It includes the same concepts and the teaching method is rather ordinary and boring and doesn't seem to focus on making the students live the subject but is rather focussed on marks and other upcoming exams. A teacher kept insisting us to do certain problems skipping the others considering the factory that it is very important for a exam after UG. She also stated that everyone are most likely to take up teaching as a job after this which shows how narrow minded and shallow the opinions and minds of the teachers are. This amounts for a greater level of discouragement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of this course is very interesting and matched what I wanted to do so I decided to do this course. It prepares us really good as we study more about the real life scenarios. It would be better if we do more practical things rather than the theory

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course that I have chosen gives a good scope in the real world and really prepares us well with the lab practicals. Honestly the course teaching could be improved with changing the black board to a interactive learning panel. Exams usually only come twice in a semester and the difficulty depends on how much you understand in the class, an average student can easily pass the exams without studying.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Rehabilitation science main focuses on restoring health in individuals ( accident, tauma injury and persons with special needs), this college provides practical exposure like experiencing how individuals, with loco motor disability and blind, navigatw and interact. There are 2 internals each semester which makes it easier to prepare for semester exams. The main aspect the college could improve is the frequence of internship and placement.

Placement Experience:

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.
