Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is well updated and filled with lot of new-age technologies. Many courses are filled with hands-on lab sessions giving practical experience but some courses structure needs to be updated as they seem too outdated Many courses lack to practical or indrustial experience but aim to covr most of the basics Some new age tecnologies like reactJS, MongoDB can be included and some courses like Neural Networks may be compulsory instead of electives The gap between 2 exams is fine but due to lot of courses it feels we have a exam or evaluation every day and toughness of the evaution is moderate-difficult

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 325000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I got internship in providence with a 40k stipend it is a SDE intern Project- BrainTumor Classification using ML Automatic Smart Cart Travel recommendation website Indian School dropout rates library managment system using java etc

Placement Experience :

The Aveagre Placement specially computer related brances is good varying from 12lpa - 17lpa avg across branches The placement percentage at present is highest for CSE 15LPA+ comanies are a rarity we get around 20-25 they take around 100-150 students Highest is 56lpa google lowest is 4lpa some high paying companies :- Oracle - 20 mems (19.5lpa) Providence - 3(20lpa) SLB-1(15lpa) GuideWare - 6(25lpa) Arista - 10 (25lpa) SAP- 15(25lpa) Amazon - 3 (26.4lpa) Visa - 1 (30+ lpa) around 90% students get placed in cse core my plans are continue with my jobs after the degree

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college has 4 slabs 1st slab is scholarship slab - 100000 per annum 2nd slab - 225000 3rd slab - 295000 4th slab - 325000 It provides managment fee which is 425000 They ask for a caution deposit of 10000 scholarship will be removed if not performed well

Campus Life :

Our main Festival is Gokulasthami Odd Sem - Gokulasthami is the main festival Even Sem - Anokha Tech fest which is held across 3 days is very high profile tech fest which is sponsored by top companies and students from 30-40 colleges participate in this Ugadi , Onam , Ganesh Chaturthi are the other fest done The accessiblty of books is very good in libraries in class room we have good electricty supply and projectors and in labs we have good i7 16gb computers and some labs have advanced computers designed for high pefromance computing which anyone can access many sports competions are help like cricket , badminton , basketball , swimming , volleyball , table tennis etc RagaSudha - singing group NatyaSudha - Dance GDSE - coding club and mny more

Hostel Facilities :

The Rooms we have a bed and a personal cupboard , Hostel maintence is very good Meal quality is good but taste is very bad Hostels are very Affordable , Registration process is smooth it is done with our college registration itself

Hostel Fee : INR 110000 per year

Admission :

I applied to Manipal , SRM , Sastra , VIT , BITS I got admission in Manipal and SRM but not in my preferred branch and fee in those college were high compared to amrita Yes i got rejection from VIT and BITS After the AEE exam we have to apply for counsellig based on the rank and availbailty we will assigned with a seat around 250 is the cutoff rank for core CSE here if native the number may go till 1000(rank)

Faculty :

around 1:7 faculty to student ratio All the faculties are approchable and friendly and motivates us for research and good projects but show partialty with native studnets Mr Anbhazagan - Liked Dr Sujee R - Disliked After 2 months of start of sem we have a mid-sem , after 2 months we have end - sem in between we have around 2-4 lab evaluations 2-3 quizzes and tutorials and 2 project reviews which are part of internals

Placement Experience:

From 5th senester students are eleigible for the placements. So your 5th semester cgpa is very important. This college provide placements from companies like zoho, accenture, tcs , hexaware, mitsogo and more. The highest package is 12Lakhs and lowest package us 3lakhs.60 percentage of students are getting placed each year. Its fully depend on your skills. My plan is to place in campus placements for a web developer role.

Panimalar : A paradise For The Learners

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible fro the placements and attends interviews from the sixth semester. And the college starts to provide special placeement training from the end of the sixth semester. Even I'm still not eligible to attend the college placements, I hear a lot from my seniors about the placements. From those informations, some of the major and high paying companies like Accenture, Infosys, Sutherland often approach college for the placement. I have no knowledge about the highest package but average package could be ranging from 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 LPA. The highest number of students that are getting placed are from Dept. of AI&DS. With overall count of students attending more than 50% students passes the aptitude and reasoning test round, 15% of students passes the Group Discussion round, and only 5-6% students passes the HR round and getting placed. I personally started to hate these 9-5 jobs after hearing from the seniors who got placed in so called "best IT companies". So, my short term plan is to get placed in a high paying IT company and work till i get fired by any means. My major and long term plan is to start a business with all the savings that I've saved from my job.
