- The ambience and the space in the campus is great as it has a vast campus along with a great green environment
- The college is autonomous and the courses chosen by the faculties are always in accordance to the students interest and how much it'll contribute in their career aspects
Dislikes
- The wide green campus also has a negative impact that it has some short boundaries as well as the problem of seeing snakes and other such animals is very common
- The older campus also creates a problem of frequent renovations and maintanance
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is updated every year and relevant subjects are added in accordance to the industry standards while also ensuring that they are'nt too tough for the students out there and they can easily stuidy and manage the whole thing i.e their career aspects, academics as well as their hobbies so that they are learning, enjoying as well as working towards their goal at the same time.
Internships Opportunities :
In case of internships all the students irrespective of their branches need to complete one internship before the completion of their course as well as they can apply to remote interns and do them throughout the year and only such internships are allowed else you can only do an internship in the summer break i.e. from june to august
Placement Experience :
Talking about the campus placements they are average also earlier many big tech giants used to come and hire from the campus but after the covid the sitiuation has changed and the stats have degraded due to the factor of covid and the location i.e. Sultanpur else the students are doing well in both off camous placements as well as in the GATE exam.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure at KNIT Sultanpur is highly affordable, providing excellent value for quality education. The total yearly fee is 68,000/- for all the branches except the Information Technology Branch because it is a self financed branch and the fee for which is Rs 83,000/- per year. This fee remains consistent throughout the course, without any increases in the subsequent years. You can easily apply for the Government as well as Private Scholarships for the financial aid as per your income but if a student's annual income is slightly more than that then there are institute/'s own scholarships and some schemes funded by the alumnis every year.
Campus Life :
The campus life is cool for the students (especially the boys) with having almost 12-15 clubs working in all the aspects such as Coding, robotics Cultural hobby and talent based, etc. the overall scene is that there are strict restrictions for the girls due to the local impact of the nearby localites as well as the students from the other nearby institutes.
Hostel Facilities :
in the preliminary years you'll be provided with either a 2/3 seater room which is alloted solely on the basis of your performance in the exam also in the final year you'll be getting a 1/2 seater room. The room is spacious and equiped with everything a table and chair as well as an almirah and enough power sockets that you don't need to fight for it also you can comforatbly lead to a good learning environment where you can easily make new friends as well as find people with similar interests and enthusiasm and the choice for the roommate is all yours only in 1st year it is provided by the institute also the room sharing thing told above is only for boys and for girls it's a 3 seater room throughout the 4 years
Admission :
The autonomous nature while having the supportive faculties as well as a good alumni base with enriched communities was the factor that led me to join this college particularly also it has been ranked 2nd in the state government funded technical institutes.
Faculty :
The Faculty system is good. While having many professors usually the subjects are taught by guest faculties who take regular classes and guide you throghout the semester. Also the Examination system is quite impresive with the factor of being an autonomous college the examinations are conducted in the camous itself and the same faculties or the faculties inside the college are the evaluators so you can obtain good marks if you are a regular student while fulfiling all the required criterias for the same.
