For self improvement Geu gives us enough time because we have coached and guest lectures from the best brains are invited at the campus time to time.
Its the surrounding of University that will make anyone fall in love with the university.

Canteen isn't that great as they charge a bomb but in comparison they offer nothing.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Areas of improvement let's discuss first as attendance is quite strict and we are often pushed for internships. So, maintaining a 75% attendance becomes a tough gig. However, passing here is quite easy as students mostly pass their exams and only in extreme condition that students fail to pass their exams.

Class Size : 62Course Fees : INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placements are or should I say is the best thing about GEU as the brand has attracted all the top brands in IT secotr like Tech Mahindra, Google, Amazon and many others. In 2024 which is this year, the entire Uttarakhand carried hoarding of the student who got placed with a package of nearly 54 lakhs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees of CSE is 5lakhs a year and for students who are OBC or SC/ST gets 25-40% scholarship. Also to students who scored well in entrance and have a PCM score of over 85 in 12th also gets 10-15% scholarships.

Campus Life :

We have one sports ground and that is also small. So sports facilities aren't that good but university buildings, labs, classrooms, libraries including central and departmental, both are amazing. Student Life here is just too good as GRAFEST our annual event has seen a lot of bondings happening.

Admission :

With a low score in JEE and other entrances, I didn't even bothered to apply elsewhere as my 12th percentage were good enough for GEU. So, admissions are based on 12th marks, entrance scores and management seats. One can take admission here whichever way they want.

Faculty :

It looks like the first time I got an opportunity to put forward my opinion as otherwise it's the faculties who have their opinions on studnets. In my opinion faculties may not have the best of degrees or experience but their teaching prowess are the best.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent for CSE branch. But for other baranches very few companies visit on campus. Also for other branches your Cgpa should be good to be eligible for companies.If you have interest in your core branch(other than CSE) than it is better to preparing for Gate in early stage(like start preparing from 2nd year).

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is mainly dependent of the latest technologies used in the real world. Entore curriculum is very comprehensive and direct on the point. The curriculum prepares the students for the real world applications and set fit in the industry. The course curriculum is made so that the students can pursue the course with ease. The exams happens twice in a semester as mid-semester and end-semester exam. It is moderate to little high level of exam. The curriculum focuses on practical learning more than the theoritical concepts.

Placement Experience:

Placements at our college were very good because all students got placed at top companies. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. Internship opportunities were also provided. Our college was very good in terms of placements compared to other colleges.
