There is no air conditioning in classes and blocks
There is no free Wifi in the college, but have firewall authenticated one

Course Curriculum Overview :

This course provides core syllabus of Computer Science Engineering and also beyond that it is also basics about the core computer Science Engineering but college provide advance training in other courses too.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 2026 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Along with the placement drives , the college provides internships in that also they tie up with Infosys and provide them traning and internship. college also supports and motivates student to develop more and more projects

Placement Experience :

Chandigarh Engineering College provides a great placement opportunities and also prepares student under their Training Placement Program. The average package goes from 5LPA and highest package is of 45 LPA . The student is placed in Amazon .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For the batch of 2022-2026 , the fees is 49500 rupees for 1st Semester and 2nd Semester onwards it's 47,500 rupees till 8 semester. Total fee for one year is estimated around 95000 rupees. I found it quite affordable because of facilities that college providing is great.

Campus Life :

Social life of Chandigarh Engineering College is great. We have multiple clubs like Eco , Virasaat , literacy and technical clubs . Mostly there is event every other day. College also provides great sports game.

Admission :

I also applied in Chandigarh University comparatively the fee structure is quite affordable for the same course . Both the college offers same placement drives so it is a great deal about Chandigarh Engineering College.

Faculty :

There is 1:2 ratio of faculty - student . Talking about faculty and student relationship, it quite good. Faculty is really supportive and helpful. Teaching method is also very great . There are two mid semster examination and notes and syllabus is provided and covered before them. Half syllabus comes in mst -1 and other half in mst 2.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for internship had placements. The companies which generally comes for placements are google, wipro, deloitte, Microsoft, HCL, TCS, LnT, Cisco, Infosys etc are some of the highest recruters in chitkara university.
