Remarks :

College is a very good and student-friendly campus with lots of facilities inside the college...students can develop communication skills easily and they can learn so much in the college... placements are so good

Course Curriculum Overview :

2 semesters per year and each semester has two internal exams named cat1 and cat2 each has a weightage of 15 marks and 30 marks are under digital assignments and quizzes and final exam has the weightage of 40 marks and a total of 100 marks

Placement Experience :

Yes it provides internship and placements are so good regular, middle and high-level companies come to recruit students in our college and from the end of the 4th year we are supposed to attend for placements if we don't have any standing arrear

College Events :

There are so many clubs and chapters in our college where many events occur such as a hackathon, marathon, etc....we have many NGOs where our students help their knowledge to those who are studying in government schools

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible if we are merit if the rank in the entrance exam is so high then it is expensive if the rank is low then it is feasible to the middle class...based on our interest hostel and mess charges varies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

A bank loan is available and so many scholarships based on the merit list are awarded to the students..all the scholarships given are so good and they are helpful for the students..I got one scholarship worth 10,000.

Campus Life :

So many extra curricular activities are availabe such as youth red cross, service to society, culinary arts. Labs are so good where the students can learn so much... there is sports facility where every student has opportunity

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, they are helpful we can know so much by interacting with them and they'll explain so much for us...all the seniors are free with us and they'll help us in all the aspects related to academics and others.

Faculty :

Best faculty and every one of them is perfect with their duties and they'll teach us to the core and all the doubts of the students are to be clarified in the class itself...no faculty is very lenient with students.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
