Dislikes
- Infrastructure: ARIBAS located in ISTAR college building which has 5th floors. And 4th and 5th floor ARIBAS is located. Upgrading laboratory facilities, instrumentation, and equipment is essential to enhance hands on learning experiences.
- Teaching method: Incorporating more practical applications & reducing repetition in theory and practical classes would elevate the learning experience.
- Faculty recruitment: Attracting & retaining diverse, experienced faculty members would further enrich the academic environment.
Course Curriculum Overview
1. Interdisciplinary approach, Focus on emerging areas (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, bioinformatics) 2. Research and development in biotech industries, Academic pursuits (Master's/Ph.D.), Careeres in Pharmaceuticals, agriculture, healthcare and ETP & Entrepreneurship in biotech startups. 3. Synthetic biology, Gene editing technologies, Bioengineering & biomaterials, guest lectures. 4. Frequency: 1 internal exam (6th week) & 1 external exam (15th week). 5. Difficulty : 30% easy, 40% moderate & 40% hard.
