Remarks :

There is no negative remarks about our college. Government colleges offer all facilities that a student needs during the time of his studies. The water availability in our college is severe during summer season.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Btech has a 6 month semester. But here we occasionally get 6 months. Mostly we get 4 or five months. After thats exam commences. The question paper will be sent to all colleges about 1 hr before the start of exam via online..

Placement Experience :

Yes. Well known companies like Infosys, tcs, wipro, sib, byjus app, Microsoft, agile manufacturers... Visits our college yearly and place much students in to it. Our alumni also play an important role in bringing various companies to our college. Actually our college does not offer any internship programs we have to find it ourselves.

College Events :

Rit ulsav is the most celebrated event in our college. It is organized by the union and is celebrated unanimously by all departments. Apart from this each department conduct separate technical fest. Students from various colleges participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Rit is purely a government engineering college. So the maximum fees that a student has to remit is rupees 8000 per year. This amount maybe reduced according to the reservation in caste offered by government.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Various scholarships like e-grantz, mcm scholarship etc are provided to students. The scholarships are given based on the annual income of their parents. Students whose parents have an annual income above 1 lakh is not eligible for any scholarships. Government colleges do not offering any loan for the students

Campus Life :

The cultural fest conducted yearly helps to develop the extra curricular activities among students. Sports like cricket, football, volley ball, badminton are played by students with proper guidance from the coach.

Hostel Facilities :

The college offers hostel facilities for both girls and boys. The girls hostel can accommodate a total of 540 and the men's hostel has 460. The admission to hostel is based on the distance from home to college and the merit in semester exams.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network and senior students are very helpful. they bring much opportunities to the students. They also bring placements from various fields. They visit our college and gives us proper training to attend various interviews.

Admission :

I obtained a rank of 195 in kerala entrance. There where 3 allotments for the admission. Rit kottayam was 3rd option. Considering my rank i got a seat in this in the first allotment it self. I came here with my certificates and got admitted here.

Faculty :

Rit kottayam has got a collection of experienced and highly talented faculties. They do not offer spoon feeding instead they let us understand the idea of each topic and makes us study ourselves. Even the guest faculties are selected to a series of stages.

Best college in Nagpur

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good nearly 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest package in 2021 is 22lpa and the average package is 3.3lpa. Lots of companies visited like Infosys, capgemini and many more.

All about our college

Placement Experience:

We have wonderful placement opportunists. We had an excellent placement officer for the coordination of placement activities. A lot of companies come and recruit students across all sectors. Pre-placement training is conducted which are helpful. Companies visited-Ace Micromatic, ESDS Software Solution Pvt. Ltd., Epam, ValueLabs, sender, Hexaware Technologies, SABA, Syntel, TCS, Amazon etc. My plans after degree- if I get the good package at the time of placement then I will go with the job. If I don't get a good package then I will do MS outside India.

Remarks:

College is quite nice but it should have been bigger than present. The college ground os quite small and have only basket ball and table tennis court but there should be one big ground where students can jog and play cricket,football etc.

This college is like school they will ask you to wear salwar (girl) and formal (boys) only.jeans are not allowed .you need to follow seniors instruction.Even night suit are not allowed for freshers.they need to wear salwar with pin up chuni .that's a horrible thing.
