  • college needs to have some space for student to roam around.. its very freaking compact
  • they took money for the food provided during the lunch time.. but if someone asks for second time they will not get the second serve.

Course Curriculum Overview :

the course was preety amazing.. and still today even if i dont like the faculty and college, but i am grateful to the course and the value it provides.. still today all those things i have learned during my degree is proving to be of great use to me in real world

Internships Opportunities :

most renowned start properties comes for placement and also for training or internship. stipend provided during this time is not too much.. it ranges from 1200 rupees to 3000 .. varies property to property you are working

Placement Experience :

when we reach final year which is 3rd year, various luxurious 5 star brands come to college for placements... they also provide international palcement( cruises). and the percentage of students getting placement is almost 80-90%

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

its a 3 year course.. every year the fee structure changes. in first year i paid 1,33,500 then 2nd year my fees was 1,07,000 and in the last year it was 1,27,000.. there are scholarships available, but only for those students who have completed their 12th from osmania university.. not for students belonging from other states

Campus Life :

there were no annual and technical festival celebration. library has whole next level of books in culinary field nd i guess its the biggest culinary library in india classrooms are loaded with ac projector white boards and fans... but most of the things need upgradation

Hostel Facilities :

if you are an outstation person then they will force you for hostel.. but dont take it.. they charge hefty amount for hostel and dont provide any facilty.. only a dorm bed 1/8 mtrs cupboard and basic toilet bathroom facilty. they dont provide food in hostel and the worst part is they dont allow students to order some food in hostel.. everytime you have to eat. you need to go outside.. and there is only 1 restaurant called "NEEDS" that too is bit far.. apart from that you have no lther option rather than walking 1 and half km in search of food. there are plenty of pgs you will find in nearby area such as methodist colony or Ameerpet

Admission :

i didn't applied in any other college. and the admission process of CAI is as follow. download the admission form, from the official college website. and 1000? dd. then once you are called for the interview. there are 3 rounds.. 1st is written( multiple choice) 2nd is group discussion and 3rd is personal interview

Faculty :

students to faculty ratio is 10 is to 1. there are few faculty who very really good, like sarkar sir, he used to teach us service. and there are few faculty who are very rude, and misuses their power, like mr.kulkarni. who is the HOD. also texts the girls after they come in final year in inappropriate timing. then there is mr chary, who is admin head, he never do the student work in one visit.. he dont respect students time.. rude arrogant fellow. 3years, 6 sem, 32 subjects. exams were not that tough

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course content provides sufficient exposure to required knowledge in the field though it is advisable to seek additional resources outside the course for better understanding. Coursework is not too hard and can be managed by the student.

Placement Experience:

Here, students can try for internships in the 3rd year. Some students who want to pursue higher education like MTech or MBA or PhD don't go for placements and internships. The placement rounds happen in the 4th year where many companies come to the campus, exams and interviews are conducted to shortlist students. For example, in my branch of civil engineering, the placement percentage last year was 50%, with the average package being around 14 lacs. Many companies come to the campus and the highest package last year was 90 lacs which was for a quant role. There are mostly companies coming for SDE and AI/ML roles. The number of companies coming for Consulting or product management roles is quite declining over the years. My plan is to try for placement in some Tech company, and work for some years then pursue a MBA.

Placement Experience:

There are placements prvided by our college. They claim to give 98 percent placements but the process is a bit hard. So there are 2 exams of aptitude conducted by college before we can even get in. So after we pass both the exams we will be trained and sent for interviews.
