Review by me :)

Course Curriculum Overview :

Bballb for me is quite difficult as I am from humanities background. Studying law in VIPS is quite hectic and exhausting because you have classes from 9:30-4:30 with a lunch break of only 30 mins. Attending every classes is quite exhausting

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I paid 1.5 lakh for the first year of my college I don't know about the fees of upcoming years. It will be more than this year. On the basis of clat rank admissions in this college are held. Yes there's a provision of management quota where you can get admission by giving money to the college. VIPs is a decent college. Environment of VIPs is really good. Yes there's a option for scholarship by IPU where they take an exam of scholarship you just have to clear it

Campus Life :

Many fun activities held in VIPS like the recent one ignited it was really fun to attend such good event. Life in VIPs is really tranquil and great. A great exposure of people and views are here. Really good place.

Admission :

Basically I wanted to get NLU due to my less rank I chose VIPS over other colleges. VIPS provide better learning opportunities than others also it's very good and not expensive that much. Getting admission here was a smooth process for me..

Faculty :

I don't know much about the ratios and all because I am just a fresher but faculty here is really nice always up to help students. They are not like someone who doesn't care about students. They really teach so good.

Placement Experience:

There is not much scope in campus placement . As it is a course with large no. of student. You can start after internship after 1st year. You can go for state judicial services exam after LLB,or go for litigation. In initial days there is struggle for a small time but if you have a good drafting ,speaking, skills you can ace in this profession.

Placement Experience:

Mostly third year students are eligible for placement. Some of the companies visited in year 2024 are kotak mahindra bank, craft legal outsourcing pvt. Ltd. Average package is 5 lakhs. Only 1-5 students are selected. I want to work in corporate law, I am currently searching for internship in this field.

Admission:

I had to write the AILET examination for getting admissions into this college, I scored well in both the exam and my boards, I was shortlisted based on those two marks and was called for admission process. I applied online for the course after my results came.

Placement Experience:

We are supposed to be interning with a law firm, a judge, or any government/non-government organization before the recruitment to know and experience what a workplace feels like. There are a lot of organizations that come here for recruiting, government organizations like UNDP, UNICEF and some well-known organizations like Kotak, Indian Oil, ICC come here during the campus drive. Most of the students are recruited.

The college has definitely been a good experience but due to mis-management in the appointment of faculty & poor placement record the college has suffered on various counts. There should be a strong initiative to fill up these vacancies and bring top firm
