Course Curriculum Overview :

In my course, they are teaching AI, ML, Data Analysis, GenAI, Java, DSA. So I think these subjects are quite relevant to today's time. The curriculam prepares us well to face real world applications. Also, professors are organizing numerous hackathons and workshops for our overall technical development

Placement Experience :

The placements in my college range from 3 lakhs to 30 lakhs. Last year capgemini selected 4 students for their 20LPA package. So I believe that getting a good placement totally depends on the hardwork of the students and not on the college. My plan after getting a degree is to get a job for a few years. Save enough for my commercial pilot license studies. OR I might get myself a post grad degree like M. Tech from a govt. college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I've been paying 2,50,000 INR for my course yearly with an increment of 10000 INR per year. There is no lab fees and development fees since tuition fees is 2.5 lakhs inclusive of all. However the registeration fees was 1700 INR. The fees structure is same for all and does not give scholarship on the basis of caste. I am not eligible for any of the financial aid or scholarship so I have paid the complete tuition fees.

Campus Life :

There are so many annual and technical fests in our college. Few months later, our college will host an expo. A HR summit in which we need to showcase our projects inspired by real world problems. Our projects will provide a solution for those problems. In the name of annual festivals, they call celebrities, singers, dj's, youtubers. So the campus life is quite fun. I am not much into sports so I don't know the sport and extracurricular activity facilities in the campus. However students run social media groups in whatsapp and on instagram. The community there is ready to help anyone who's facing trouble academically.

Hostel Facilities :

In my room, they provide a desk, an AC, a huge window, a bed, chair, stool and a cupboard. The room is quite big enough for a single student. The mess food is lucious and meal quality is great. Students feel like home. That's how good the mess food is. Registeration process is quite a hectic task since every student try to login in the portal at the same time so the portal keeps crashing. You might or might not get the room of your choice. It totally depends on your luck.

Admission :

I had never applied for any other college other than GLA because first of all, my goal is to become a commercial pilot. I am here just for a degree. After that I might or might not persue a post grad degree. I'll go straight for clearing DGCA exams and become a commercial Pilot.

Faculty :

Every 100 students get 1 teacher. The faculties are highly approachable and very friendly. During Web Dev classes, the sir who used to teach us is still my favourite. He cleared so many concepts of us and with ease. There are 5-6 exams in my course and hardly 2 or 3 out of 47 fail.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is not that good. Hardly 2-3 companies come here for foodtech. But there are job opportunities for this course. It is a growing field. Outside the campus, if applied in any company, there are chances of selection based on the skills and knowledge one has related to the field

The records placement cell is impressive because they organize useful and up-to-date seminars from time to time. Therefore the placement record is one of the best in Greater Noida. Last year was 98% placement. Placements start from the 7th semester.
