Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is very updated as it is a dynamic course. Curriculum prepares us for the real world only in a limited way. Teaching methods could be improved by using smart boards and wifi. Exams are held every six months and are difficult
Internships Opportunities :
Legal internships usually don't offer any stipend You have to work for free to gain experience in this field Companies like Lakshikumaran Sridharan, P&A law, etc offer internships on campus but don't offer stipend
Placement Experience :
Final year students become eligible for placements Companies like Khaitan &Co, LKS, kpmg etc visit the campus The placement cell is not very active. The companies visit the college just because of its legacy Average package is 4-6 LPA I plan to do corporate law
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee is very affordable. It is only rs 6080 for one year plus examination fees for each semester (like 1300-1500). This fees is for general category. The fees for pwd is very low. There is no financial aid or scholarships.
Campus Life :
There is one fest and freshers that takes place every year The library is very good and all books and journals are available There is limited sports on campus There are numerous student run societies like legal aid, constitutional club etc
Admission :
I applied to ILS Pune and NLU Bangalore apart from this college. I got a confirmation from ILS Pune but chose CLC over it because it is the best ranked College in India for 3 year llb I did not get admission in NLU Bangalore as their entrance exam was very difficult. The admission process for CLC, Du is fairly simple. You have to sit for CUET PG general exam.
Faculty :
The student to faculty ratio is bad as there are only 25 teachers for 1000+ students. The permanent faculty like Harleen and Suman Maam were very good. There are 5 exams each semester. It's very difficult to score even 60% marks.
