Course Curriculum Overview

The NEP sure had its pros and cons but considering our curriculum and the fact that it is a standardized curriculum throughout DU, is a great thing, and that the same curriculum is also a part of what we have to learn for UPSC. So it does help

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees that I paid was a total of 22280/- for the academic year 2024-25. There was absolutely no scholarship availed by me. And we also have to pay a different fee for our examination. There are no lab fees or development fees for the same

Campus Life

The annual fests are held, with great crowds, amazing events are going on throughout the year. With major focus on academics, there are several guest lectures and talk series going on almost everytime in the college.

Admission

The admission process was pretty simple as all the admission s are through CUET process itself and the eligibility is kept in mind considering that the college is a Sikh minority college and this has some seats reserved for Sikh community girls. This college has a great faculty and know it all staff and really humble.

The faculty is obviously amazing and they're the most knowledgeable ones in their own field as we have know them. Learning from them has been great since day one and their expertise and experiences in the same has changed us into what we are today.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always had a keen interest in history, so I also wanted to pursue it in my graduation and I was able to do it. the curriculum covers vast amount of topics as we have 3 core papers per semester, which then increases to 4 in the 3rd year. there are papers covering indian history, European history and a particular country per semester- like,USA, china, japan, etc. an option for gender studies paper is also given in the 3rd year. i liked the course dynamic and therefore felt it would be interesting for me to study. for my future pursuits I feel the course covers a great deal of topics and helps me understand better as we also study a lot of historians and scholars apart from the just historical facts. But there are always improvements which I feel can be taken up, like including more practical and immersive teaching methods as just reading about history often make the course dull and uninteresting, though the professors keep providing us with valuable insights and material to study from. One has internals throughout the semester, which becomes even more hectic during the last month before the end sems as a lot of deadlines comes up, but if possible one should aim to do their internals as soon as one can and not delay as it helps prevent multiple deadlines before the exams. the difficulty levels vary from exams to exams in the internals; some assignments are more research-based based and professors expect you to do them on very academic level using research papers and official websites, unlike school, so it requires a good amount of reading and research.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I am interested to know about are culture, history and etc. As per my opinion, desirable ratio is 1:10 and minimum is 1:15 deficiency in case of ratio higher than 1:15. The proposed assessment is based on variation in ratio from 1:10 to 1:20 with maximum to proportional marks respectively. I suggest focusing on what is important and that is student achievement. It doesn't really matter who it is done as long as the students learn the material. I would suggest setting up course learning objectives and then assess how well the students learned the material. Exam had unclear or ambiguous questions or instructions. Exam required knowledge and skills that students did not have sufficient opportunity to practice. Students blame the instructor for their poor performance.

MY NEW COLLEGE FOR CHANGING MY LIFE

First thing was the why I take the BA because I want to be a teacher. Now the take about students ratio in Delhi University was very good for personal attention from the teachers. Teaching method is very good in Delhi University teachers teach very well as well as they give time to a specific student. Every term come in 6 months and was to too hard to clear.

A balance, blend of academics, campus, life, and opportunities, my experience and Mata Sundari College for womens

I applied to PGDAV and GGS DU but got admission to Maori College. I chose the other because it had better placement faculty and infrastructure, but this was more seems to be affordable but lagged industry exposure. I couldn't get into those colleges for which I have applied because my entrance exam was slightly below. The cut-off and competition was very tough and cut to the cutthroat. The admission process is eligibility exam accepted and it all matters the cut off and the process of this is first entering exam exam. Our admission into bcom hons course was initiated by NTA through a central level entrance exam.
