- College campus is neat and clean and all is surrounded by the trees and plants which provides a good environment to the students and have a playing ground in the centre of the campus in which students play different games and spend their free lecture
- The infrastructure which is provided by the college to the students is up to mark like the computer labs are well equipped, college have own fashion designing department, arts department, commerce department, computer department and science departmen
Course Curriculum Overview :
I will rate this course 9 out of 10. This course will provide relevant and comprehensive knowledge about different subjects which are being used in the computer technology world. I choose this course as in the developing world computer technology is the most important aspect to learn.this course will prepare an individual for the real world of computer technology and applications . As computer world is developing day by day so the books have to be updated with the changing trends.As the MSC have a moderate level of tougness if a student takes regular classes and practice practical they will easily go through exams . Frequency of exams is around 4-5 months.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees for the MSC(IT) is Rs.70000 and the student have to pay Rs 2000 while registration for admission which Is included in the total fees. Admission fees for the course is Rs.15000 which is also included in the total fees. The fees for all category students is same but the college will provide different kind of scholarship for the economically backward students like one of the scholarships is Post matric scholarship and the college will also provide student aid to the deserving students.
Campus Life :
My overall experience about the college is very good dur to my friends and teachers. College will organize different fests and activities time to time which helps in developing students personality socially. The main event is the youth festival of the colleges for which our college will prepare with full dedication and have won many prizes . For all the preparations college will provide good infrastructure and facilities to the students.
Admission :
I choose this college because there is no college nearby which is affiliated to panjab University and providing msc(it) with such an elegance. It is also near to my home as I belong to hoshiarpur.The admission process of the college is very simple first you have to registeration process with rs 2000 which is included in the total fees. After that you are called for the admission by concerned members of the college and you have to submit rs 15000 at the time of admission and you will get your class roll no. at the instant.
Faculty :
The faculty members of the college are experienced and have good knowledge of their teaching subjects. Computer department have 10 professors and there are total of 8 classes which are currently studying from these teachers. Realtionship between the students and the teachers are very good teachers are cooperative towards the students. All the faculty members of computer department are best all professors want their students to be successful in their life I don't think I disliked anything about them. Msc(IT) course consists 4 semester and first three semesters have written examinations and 4th sem is for internship work. All the semester is of 1250 marks and the passing percentage for each subject is 40% marks in each subject. All first three semesters have 4 subjects each.
