- Infrastructure: College Infrastructure needs to be in check and reworked time by time. Construction are done during class hours.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was always interested in doing AI/DS course, so i went for it. The course starts off pretty basic but quickly catches up to present world applicaions. Improvement areas include trying not to cover the whole domain in one course and teachers trying to implement more practical things rather than theory just like our ML/DL professor.
Internships Opportunities :
Companies ofering the most internship include Josh Techs, Celebal, 6To9. They usually offer the role of Junior Data Scientist, Associate SDE, Software Testing, BI Interns, etc. They offer a wide range of stipends but mainly between the range: 15000 - 30000 per month.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for placement from 6th semester. Companies include Amazon, Josh Technologies, Celebal Technologies, Thoughtswin Tech, etc. Highest Package was from Amazon for about 44 Lpa and average package is about 3-4 LPA. Students have 2 options, either to sit for placement drives or not. Amongt the one sitting for placement drives, >=90% get placed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Campus Life :
Lakshay held in January, Tarang held in December, etc. Yearlong hackathons are being conducted. Library is pretty big and contains tons and tons of books. Each classroom is made capable to accomodate 60 people and every student has a pc assigned to them. Classes have projectors. Our sports team is pretty good. We have a team of Rugby, Basketball, TT players, Tennis Players, Cricket team and Football team. Each sport has a proper ground alotted to itself. There are many clubs in the college and they affect the students life positively.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are pretty spacious, they provide you with 3 beds and 3 tables along with air from ducting mechanism and ACs. Meal quality is also pretty decent and we have a total of 4 meals throughout the day. Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner. Registration process is pretty, just go to the admission cell and ask for hostel registration, then you will have to pay the caution money and first installment after which you will have to communicate with the hostel warden who will allocate you the room.
Admission :
I didnt applied to any other college and directly went here because the college course and curriculum stood out to me and it helped me a lot to improve. The admission process is pretty simple, you just have to go apply during admission and done!
Faculty :
The Faculty to student Ratio is 1:60. The faculty student relationship is quite good and faculties are generally highly approachable and solve your problems pretty quickly. All the faculty of CSE department are pretty good and there is no special faculty which stands out as a bad one according to me. Exams are conducted 3 times in the whole semester along with end semester exams. CIE 1 and Middle Semester Exams are normal exams whereas CIE2 is a assignment based exam. All exams are conducted at a gap of 1 month.
