Course Curriculum Overview :

in terms of choosing a bright future and collateral to the spark point, i had choose such degree with such great passion of art and craftsmanship, the course literally divided my thoughts from the delusions, you have to stick to the course curriculum to explore the subject greatness.

Internships Opportunities :

To get a Better internship you to stick to the faculty members, professors and especially to the head of the department and develop the better internship compatibility through study and thesis. In terms of architecture you have to create a portfolio of your all works done in the previous semester and send it to the professional studios to get intern.

Placement Experience :

college offered internships at the 4 th year end sem which helps you to create a better starting for the job and helps to get such company offers and placements in the 5 th year. Also helps to preapre for the gate exam.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For the B.Arch Degree in the time of admission you have ta gave them admission fee which was approx 50000inr. after that you have to pay the semester fees which was started from 42700 rs. according to your score in jee or nata.

Campus Life :

the Campus consist of 4 building, one basket ball court , one amphitheater, one library, One canteen and a cafeteria. each classroom or studio has projection system for better teaching facility, the library had type of subject books, the campus also had many kind of social groups and clubs such as photography club, media and cinematographers club etc.

Hostel Facilities :

in the hostels there are two kind of rooms where you have to share your room with two or three of your roommates or friend or you can stay in single room. the food quality is pretty average. the hostels are affordable even cost effective for the students.

Admission :

i got air 1200 which gave me the opportunity to admit myself to the National institute of technology, Hamirpur but i got stucked in covid-19 which counter on my opportunity and after getting passed in nata , i admitted to the SNU.

Faculty :

the faculty members are helpful and very cautious about the future perspectives. there are 5years and 10 semester in the B.Arch course so, the course manually have 10 semester exam each semester had mid sem in the middle period, if anyone have backlog they have to clear it in the next even or odd sem which they have got backlog.

Interview Experience :

no there was no gd in the time of admission, even interview questions were there in terms of engineering and architecture you have passed the the jee/ Wbjee/ Nata in order to get a seat in the university.

Placement Experience:

STUDENTS ARE GIVEN INTERNSHIP THROUGH WHICH THEY CAN GET CONTACTS FOR FUTURE JOBS. AFTER COMPLETING GRADUATION COLLEGE PROVIDES PLACEMENT IN ARCITECTURE FIRMS WITHIN THE CITY AND OUTSIDE THE STATE AS WELL. AS THE COLLEGE IS A NEW ARCHITECTURE COLLEGE THERE ARE NO PLACED STUDENTS YET AFTER THIS YEAR TE FIRST BATCH WILL GET THEIR PLACEMENT. WHICH WILL BE QUITE EASY AS THE HOD IS A VERY FAMOUS GUY WITH HIGH PROFILE CONTACTS. COLLEGE WILL PROVIDE 100 PERCENT PLACEMENT. AFTER COMPLETING THE DEGREE I WILL WORK FOR A FEW YEARS THEN OPEN MY OWN FIRM AND AFTER FEW MORE YEARS COMPLETE MY MASTERS AND APPLY ABROAD.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for internship- during 9th semester .No ideas regarding packages. Companies like L&T, DesTech, etc approach. Almost 80% of the students get placements. I want to pursue M.Arch after I complete my degree.

Remarks:

Lots of Freedom. Depends on the student to use it wisely. The college does not have intime, hence people can roam around anywhere nearly any time. This increases the safely issue. Also, due to too much feeedom, students end up in substanxe abuse quite often. It is upto the student to wisely go about the utilise the freedom to build good skill sets and interact.

Remarks:

Being a private college under a branding, an environment of class segregation is created throughout the college which is not good for the mental health of students who take admission on the basis of merit. The class segregation affects the academics of the students as well. There is one good thing. There is a faculty feedback system that helps record the grievances of students regarding the teaching staffs and facilititates required measures to change the situation.

Entrance Preview:

Formerly IIT-JEE, now known as JEE-Advanced, is the entrance examination and the only option to get into any of the IITs. I had appeared twice for the exam, securing All-India-Ranks 17249 and 9471 in both the attempts.

Placement Experience:

IITs offer the maximum and highest placements in India, and IIT Kharagpur ranks 2-4 among all, most of the times. Highest package offered varies from Rs 1 crore to Rs 2 crores per annum.
