The clubs and departments here just don't gire on the basis of skills. They also see the personality of a person by conducting gds and personal interviews.
The social life here is probably the best a college can provide. Here everything runs on social interaction. The campus life is active all the time

The male female ratio is kind of messed up and that creates a little bit of bias towards girls in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview :

The aspects of my course (BE in computer science) that attracted me are that it is easier as compared to other branches like mechanical and electrical.The curriculum here basically forces you to go to a practice school to get real life experience in the industry which in my opinion is really great.The minor exams are almost every week , but the major exams occur once in 2 months.They are really difficult to score in

Class Size : 130Course Fees : INR 260000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fees is 2.7 lacs and the hostel feesl is 1.05lacs. The fees is same for everyone and there is no reservation based on anything. If you score good in bitsat and are in the top 2% you get 100% scholarship and if your itr is less then 15lpa you get 100% scholarship till top 7%.

Campus Life :

The name of our technical fest is apogee which is one of the biggest technical fest.It is completely student run .Our cultural fest is called oasis and its the 2nd biggest cultural fest in asia and the biggest student run cultural fest in asia.It is completely student managed and no 3rd party is involved. All the clubs and departments here are student managed. The sports team here are crazzy good and many people here are national players. The facilities and technology in the classroom are more then enough.

Admission :

I gave the jee advanced and got an rank of 51xx so I had the options of iits in my hand. I was getting BE in industrial in iit roorkee but I left it as Computer science of Bits pilani is much better and more reputed. To get into Bits pilani you have to clear an exam known as Bitsat, and the more score you get the more options you have for your branches

Faculty :

The faculties here are all one of the best across country.They are really passionate about their subject and really approachable. There ar minor exams such as tutorials that contribute 15% to an course and then there are 2 major exams known as compre and mid sem weighing the other 85%

"Inside LNMIIT" : A Comprehensive College Review

Placement Experience:

Placements here are good enough. A large number of registered students placed every year but last year due to recession insitute placements dropped down from around 95 percent to 70 percent, and this thing happened in every college even in IIT's. some students got placed but did not accepted the offer due to low CTC. and the average package was also dropped last year. Highest CTC offered was around 50 lpa and average CTC dropped down to 11 LPA from 15 LPA last to last year. There are various companies came to our college including Media.net, D.E. Shaw, BNY MELON, AMAZON, FLIPKART, EAGLEVIEW, ION GROUP, TEKION CORP, SCHLUMBERGER, HONDA CARS, DELOITTE, IBM and many more, number of offers made for 2024 batch was 330 as per the placement cell data. and from 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. My only plan is to get a decent placement in a tech company and no further study plans I have.

Good Placements and Social Life in College.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd and 4th years students can become eligible for placements. there are many companies visited in my college like infosys, wipro, tcs, tech, Microsoft, flipkart, accenture and all. 75% of students got placed. my plane is not only for getting degree my dream is to become a Software Engineer. Highest package is 45LPA and Average package is 10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So basically btech is a 4 year course and there are 8 semester,2 sem for each year. As they need to provide 6 month for each sem according to our calculations but they'll only provide u 4 month for each sem which leads a mental disturbance for students coz there are so many exams in every month of the sem so this is hectic but the examination are not so hard and not so easy and also 75 percent attendance is mandatory for all to sit in exam

Placement Experience:

As earlier said there is a lot of upper hand in terms of placements if we compared it with other private institutions, BITJ has a very good placement cell especially made for Btech placements students starting from 6th sem onwards sitting in cell visited by many different companies with a lot different package. The average package of BitJ is about 900000, especially for the CSE branch and highest, go upto 30lac more depending on individual skills and qualities and about 80-90 % of students got placing every year and the rest go to higher studies n all.
