- Campus is good area wise, with clean and green environment
- Different faculties are there for different courses and subjects
Dislikes
- Washroom are in poor condition with no sanitation and no bulbs
- Most of the college buildings are old and infrastructure is also not very good
Course Curriculum Overview :
Teachers use very informal language to communicate and sometime chew tobacco in classes which is inappropriate. Teachers are very latent and do not take students very serious, there are 2 classes of each subject daily 5-6 days a week but they teach in only 1 class
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I'm involved in B.Sc program, in which my annual fees is 11500 excluding examination fees. We have to pay examination fees seperately from the annual (admission)fees which is around 2000 per year. And there is also scholarship program offered by state government where 50% of paid fees is returned to student bank accounts. The fees structure is same for all categories no fees deduction for SC, ST or OBC. Fees and admission form is paid through online mode on Universities official website, and after that we have to submit a copy of admission form and payment receipt to our faculty office.
Campus Life :
There is no such cultural or annual fest , only independence day and republic days are celebrated on a good level, and some other public festivals too but not on a great scale , and farewells and freshers party is also organised by students itself not by the university, and we also don't get permission for this too
Admission :
I applied for BHU through CUET but my name is not in the merit list, so i have to opt MGKVP as a backup rather than taking a year drop and i think it was not a very good decision but under my parents pressure i have to take this step, howsoever things are very good, i have learned here too. I have came here through university entrance test which held within the university
Faculty :
There are 2 faculties for each subject (botany, zoology, chemistry) and something a guest lecturer too. In chemistry we have 3 teachers. Roughly 1 teacher for every 25 students, and teachers and approachable easily. Zoology teachers are good with good nature. Chemistry teachers are bit rude and difficult to approach them. Botany teachers are mostly busy or absent from lab so it's not possible to approach them other than classes
