Play ground in my college is very small and compact , can't play cricket.
The canteen is very small and compact can't accommodate more than 100 people so it will be so much rush.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum was well planned and it is very clear in the begining that , according to this curriculum one can get trained in theory and practicals as well . The curriculum is planned in way that students should get trained well so they assign projects in every semester. In the areas of VLSI and Chip design the practical guidance is very low. The timings of the exams is so comfortable that we can easily prepare for next exams.

Placement Experience :

The overall placements in my college is very good and many of the students will get placed for sure. The students are eligible to apply for jobs from 5 th semester . The Highest package company that have visited is serviceNow - 32LPA and the average package would be around 5LPA The average percentage of students getting placed is 85 percentage. My plans will be if I get placed I will continue with the job or else I will continue to pursue PG.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have joined SNS COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY in 2021 in Management Quota in which my yearly fees is 85000 excluding the hostel and semester examination fees. In case of Government Councelling the yearly fees would be 65000 which is also excluding the hostel and semester examination fees.

Campus Life :

The overall experience in my campus is very good with lots of memories and events . The famous festivals like Pongal , Tamil New year and Saraswati Pooja and Diwali are all celebrated prior a day or two ina grand manner. The library is very vast and big and there will many books for academics with different authors and publications and have access for journal publications like IEEE , etc. The annual day and sports day will be grand and not only our college but many outer college students will come and attend the competitions. There is so many club activities In my college and I myself is present of Electronics club and there are many clubs and activities like NCC , NSS , Dance club, Music club, rotary club etc

Hostel Facilities :

The Hostel facilities is good for the price , which includes high speed internet , attached bathroom , study areas , Television , shuttle court , walking areas etc. The meal and food will be ok but it is not worth the fees especially non-veg foods. The registration process is very simple during admission there will be another form for hostel where you can choose 4 share or 2 share rooms. If I have rentes a room or PG the yearly cost will be less .

Hostel Fee : INR 90000 per year

Admission :

Before joining SNS college of technology, I had an idea to apply for Sri Krishna College of engineering. The reason why I have choosen this college over Sri Krishna College of engineering is the yearly fees, the yearly fees in Sri Krishna College of engineering is around 150000 and it is too high for me so I have choosen SNS COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY. The admission process is quite simple in our college , come to our college attend the admission meeting fill the admission form and if you are eligible then you can pay the initial fees and get joined .

Faculty :

The faculty to- student ration for one department would be for 150 students there will 15 to 20 staff. The favourite faculty is Lakshmi.V I like her because she is so supportive and friendly. There is no one that I dislike in my college. There will be 3 internals and one model exams and the semester exam, the internals will be normal but the model and semester exams will be tough. Most of the students will get cleared in the exams around 85 to 90 percent.

Review of placement

Placement Experience:

From 5th senester students are eleigible for the placements. So your 5th semester cgpa is very important. This college provide placements from companies like zoho, accenture, tcs , hexaware, mitsogo and more. The highest package is 12Lakhs and lowest package us 3lakhs.60 percentage of students are getting placed each year. Its fully depend on your skills. My plan is to place in campus placements for a web developer role.

Panimalar : A paradise For The Learners

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible fro the placements and attends interviews from the sixth semester. And the college starts to provide special placeement training from the end of the sixth semester. Even I'm still not eligible to attend the college placements, I hear a lot from my seniors about the placements. From those informations, some of the major and high paying companies like Accenture, Infosys, Sutherland often approach college for the placement. I have no knowledge about the highest package but average package could be ranging from 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 LPA. The highest number of students that are getting placed are from Dept. of AI&DS. With overall count of students attending more than 50% students passes the aptitude and reasoning test round, 15% of students passes the Group Discussion round, and only 5-6% students passes the HR round and getting placed. I personally started to hate these 9-5 jobs after hearing from the seniors who got placed in so called "best IT companies". So, my short term plan is to get placed in a high paying IT company and work till i get fired by any means. My major and long term plan is to start a business with all the savings that I've saved from my job.
