- The campus size is good and the location is pretty good at as the college is situated between the city of Bhopal and the greenery around the campus
- The training and placement cell is really good here
Dislikes
- The most dislike thing about the college is the toxic junior senior conversation here the past rules have been prevail right now
- Some of the hostels are really old and the infrastructure needs to be upgraded because the hostess do not get time to be renovated
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is not that different from other colleges it is already the same I feel the current curriculum is bit outdated because of the new technology is where developing day by day but talking about mechanical engineering like previously from the previous year we have started the design modelling in the computers only it is already computerise before that it would have been on paper sheets and we had to work long ask for learning design on paper sheet and the frequency of the exams it is good. the exam has pretty space and their ample amount of time to prepare and the classes are also the time table is also not that hectic.
Placement Experience :
Is a pretty simple system to sit in the College placements for the job and all you have to be in 7 semester and you should at least as 7.5 CGPA criteria for all the companies which are visiting some companies do not have that criteria as well namely in the mechanical engineering department from where I belong the main companies which came as the recruiter Suzuki Hero motocor BPCL and etc so talking about the average package in mechanical engineering it was about 8.4 lakh it is a pretty good placement start and talking about the percentage placement mechanical this has been good the previous year it is about 80%. My plans of the college is to get a good placement and purse you MBA afterwards if the time allows and my mind allows so yeah I want to take a placement after my college gets over. The highest package in mechanical which was offered was 19.84 lakh per annum which was from BPCL and the average was 9.4 lakh per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Talking about the fee structure in Maulana Azad National institute of technology the yearly fees for a general student lying above the category income of 5 lakh has to pay rs 141000 that is only the tuition fees and talking about the hostel fees for a single seater hostel like I am in 3rd year right now to for the room charges we have to pay 20000 500 which includes 100500 for the wholesale maintenance and 10000 for the room rent this is per semester so for a year it has to be 41000 the mess charges according to the mess according to the hostel are 27500 which is an yearly cost like if you pay in the semester you won't have to pay in the even semester so talking about the scholarship here on the basis of income category the fees has been divided so for the general or OBC students who lie in 1-5 lakh income category have to pay 57668/- for the entire year . The students belonging to SC/ST and below 1 lakh income category have to pay 16000/- for the entire year
Campus Life :
The campus life is pretty good after last year motorcycles were allowed in the hostel campus so we had a great time so yeah the campus life was great talking about the various fest in the college there manipest which are going day today but the major fest which are one of them is technical face which is techno search it is held in December and the annual cultural face which is myfix is held in the month of April these are the three events we organise and one more event which is based on entrepreneurship itself it is the EMIT it is totally based upon entrepreneurship and promotion of the entropy orial spirit in the students in the college where is companies come and there is a gathering of many companies. The library is a very good place in my college because all the course book or course related content you can find in the library. Sports facilities are good in my college because a sports complex provided where a wide range of sports is practiced
Hostel Facilities :
The mess facility which is provided the hostels are okay they are habitable but require the lot of new facilities like hostel number 5 which in which currently I am leaving in it has to maintain a proper sanitation and also there is a SH shortage of water coolers . The mess menu is pretty simple and it consist of veg food and on wednesdays Wednesday nights we get egg curry and on Sunday Sunday night we get chicken these alternators for veg or paneer and the mess food is okay
Admission :
To take admission in NIT Bhopal you need to clear JEE Mains examination so if you get a good rank in JEE mains you can get admission in my college there are many branches computer science electronics electrical engineering mechanical engineering civil chemical meta so I had also applied in mnnity Allahabad but the cutoff is bit high for the UP students because I am from UP so the competition there is really tough so I had to select between two gorges I had selected between Allahabad and Bhopal because Bhopal because it is a bit close to my home and also the placement starts are really good in this college and the college and campus life is pretty good so I wanted to enjoy my 4 years as a technology student a
Faculty :
The faculty members that Maulana is road of technology are really good as they are highly educated and they have a quite good research experience so talking about the availability of the professor sum of the professors are really available and they are came to guide a students for a better future some of them are a bit little bit less approachable because the students are not that comfortable Marking scheme is based on credit system including 23-24 credits per semester. Evey subject has 10 mark mini test , 20 mark mid sem exam, 50 mark end semester examination and 20 marks are internal.
