I think my course which is electronics and communication is so versatile. We study about every one of the branches of engineering which is so helpful to us and make us more knowledgeable. Our college and curriculum provides us labs, workshops, industrial visits to help us learn things more efficiently. I think industrial visits should be more often than they are. I think timing of exams are best and difficulty level is moderate. Anyone can score good if they study well.

From 5th semester, we are eligible for placements. They are many companies who give placements to students like cognizant, accenture, amazon, Bosch, HP, Nokia and many more. They give wide no. of offers. In 2023, bosch have placed 500 students in their company from our college. Highest package was 40 lpa and average was 8 lpa. 80% students got their placements from the college. My plan is working in a IT company

The tuition fee per sem was 43000 rs. They have also charged us for exam fee per sem that was 1500 at that time. For annual fest, we had to submit rs 700 per year. Admission fee was around 1500 rs. Fee structure was same for all students. The students who have cleared GATE with good scores, get the scholarship.

There is one annual fest occured in the college which is held in November. There are many technical events held in the campus like science day. Range and accessibility of books are decent. I think college should have more books as no. of students there are in the college. Facilities in classroom is great. We have many wide glass windows and 2 doors. Fans in every corner and projectors in every classroom. Sports involvement is huge. The coaches are very supportive. Sports day and many other events keep helding in college during the year. There is one social group which does charity work and collect donations. Other than that, there are 6 clubs. Dance club, acting club, art club, singing club, literary club and MNU club.

In the hostel room, we got 4 bed for each, 2 fans, 4 almirah, one cooler, 4 chairs. Meal quality was good and above average. Menu keeps changing every day. Registration for hostel is done with the admission process. And it is quite affortable. For pg and flat, shivalik city, JLPL and TDI would be better location.

I had chandigarh University in my mind as second option. But while comparing, CGC was more in my budget and the location is ideal. Admission process is direct. If you have scored well in GATE exam, you will get scholarship.

I think the faculty to student ratio is rational. We have good no. of faculties. The relationship between students and teachers is like a friendship and family. I like inderjot mam who teaches english. She was our class counselor and she is so strict yet so fun. She has her way of teaching which is so great. I like everyone of them. I don't think i dislike someone. Exams are easy you have studied well for it. There are 3 exams in total per sem, 2 mid sem tests and one final sem test.
