- Faculties and teaching undoubtedly the best one could receive in their bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery course of five and half years.
- Patient flow throughout which helps in attaining for practical knowledge and bedside exposure throughout the course
- Excellent infrastructure and treatment facilities which attracts students and patients
Dislikes
- Location...less availability of private bus to the area .but problem is sorted by hourly free bus service provided by the college
- Only few hotels provides delivery but now getting more developed in case of online deliveries
- Long procedures and formalities to get leave .Lots of permission necessary to get leave sanctioned.
Course Curriculum Overview
Treats patients with more empathy.Understands them properly,give them properly time to explain,make them calm and comfortable and then treating the disease from the root.... knowing the prakriti and dosha of the patients.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fifteen lakhs in total including food and hostel for whole five and half year. No other charges as mentioned. Scholarship amount depends on the reason for their scholarship application. It Differs accordingly.
Campus Life
Each event will be having specific names that the students and staffs together decides. Every year there will be celebrations like Dhanwantarii Jayanthi,Ayurveda day, Sanskrit day, world kidney day , health day and other health related day programmes , Cultural fest every year, and other celebrations such as onam , Christmas etc. Classrooms are provided with centralised AC,smart class facilities,speakers, fans. Well equipped soccer ground and promotes sports encouragement with many sports events intercollege, inter University..etc From first year all students are provided with student portal where they can get.to know their yearly scores, account details etc. Also have other portal names yengage where the notes will be uploaded for reference. An excellent central library.
Admission
Had applied to few private universities in kerala and rejected it due to their high fee structure and donations. I was not ready to pay donations so rejected other colleges and choosed this college willingly. The eligibility criteria here was NEET exam qualification and 60 percent marks in higher secondary examination.
Faculty
Faculties to students ratio : 1 :10 Faculties are always available to the students,also offers mentor mentee programs which creates more strong relationships with students and teachers,where they can share their problems and get solutions. Can't name someone whom I don't like.All were the best from my first year. There will be 4 University exams and yearly there will be 3 internals along with practicals. Final year exams banged 90 percent results.
