Amazing campus with a ton of facilities and opportunities. Seniors are interactive and always ready to help.
Internship opportunities are plenty. Also a lot of accomplished individuals are invited regularly to give us motivation.

Dislikes

The college is in a quiet remote location.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I got admission in 2023 so we are studying the new curriculum according to the new education policy. We are studying our departmental courses from the second semester now (earlier it was 3rd). The curriculum is amazingly designed to provide us with information about our field and future jobs. I believe that it's gonna open up a wider range of opportunities for us

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 229000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I just completed my 1st year and a lots of internship training programmes are available for us. They give us a stipend of 10-30 thousand based on performance. My seniors are also doing and completed multiple internships.

Placement Experience :

Students in the 3rd year start getting placed here. The placement percentage varies from branch to branch but overall it is decent. MNCs like Google, Microsoft, Amazon visit us for placements and we have been getting 1Cr packages also

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Btech fees in 2023 was around 9-10 lakhs. It is the standard fees of btech if we consider India. But in our university financial aid is provided to students who can't afford this expense. There is a list of eligibility criteria for scholarship and financial aid provided in the universe website. Not everyone can apply for it as it is for students who can't afford it.

Campus Life :

Our university provides a large variety of societies and clubs to join. From technology to sports, music, dance and other forms of art we have a society for almost everything here. We also have an amazing collection of books in our library

Admission :

The admission process was smoothly completed through JAC Delhi. Our university has reservation for students living or studying in delhi. The admission criteria is your jee mains score. Usually a score of 97.5-98 would ensure you a tech branch if you have Delhi quota

Faculty :

The faculty members are highly qualified and have doctorates from decent institutions. They help us understand the field and provide us with a lot of experience. Apart from our classes we are always welcome to ask our doubts and queries. Our tutorial classes are held by PhD scholars studying in our university. As they are younger in age they treat us like friends which creates a very healthy environment.

Good for money not for life

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. In 2024 the highest package till now is 88L per annum and the median package is around 18L per annum.. On campus are good and also off campus placements are also focused. Which is good point!

Unfiltered Truth

Placement Experience:

For 4yr courses like btech students of 7th semester become eligible for campus placements. Tcs, ambuja, mahindra tech and etc.. Companies visited and they made decent number of offers. Highest package is 25 lakhs which offered by amazon. Lowest package is 1.70 lakhs offered by tcs. Percentage of students getting placements is 30%. I wanna join indian army so I will appear for defense exams after the degree

Dilemma choosing NSUT? Here the analysis

Placement Experience:

Usually the placement session starts in the beginning of the 4th year when the recruiters start coming however some people get PPOs even in the end of 3rd year. How the number of on campus internship is quite less of around 100-200 including all three campuses of NSUT. As of now the a total of 457 companies visited for on campus placements and 1400+ offers were given out of 2500 students in the yr 2023 published by the College administration. The highest package offered was 87 lpa and the average package was around 8-10lpa overall. The placement percentage would be around 60-70% overall but talking about my own ICE branch it had a fantastic percentage of 97%. My plans after getting degree is to getting into either a tech MNC or into a core semiconductor company like Qualcomm, Foxconn, etc.

My experience at DTU

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are good at DTU. Average package in 2023 was 25 LPA. Highest package was 82 LPA for BTech and 51 LPA for MTech. More than 160 companies visited DTU in 2023. Around 91 percent student were placed.

IIT-D review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I am interested in mechanicals. There are few courses in which more than one branch studies so more number of students otherwise 70-80 students per faculty. Faculties are well qualified done masters from foreign universities. Some faculties use slides others use chalk and board. There are minors(mid-sem) and majors(end-sem). Other than that there are quizzes ~4 per semester per course.
