Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum consists of all the important subjects like data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer architecture, digital logic, etc. This prepares the students well for the interview rounds of IT companies. The exams are in pattern of 3 internal and one final. Their difficulty level is fairly easy.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have fees 1,00,000/- per year. I do not have hostel and mess fees are i live in the same city. The complete cost of my education is 4,00,000/- The scholarships like TFWS, EWS, SC/ST are provided during the admission procedure.

Campus Life

Our college hosts an annual event, in which students perform dance, singing, acting, poetry and all. This event is generally held in the month of February. Our college has a library that consists of all the syllabus reference books and problem sets. the college also hosts sports week with sports like cricket, football, badminton, etc.

Admission

The admission was based on the score of MHT-CET exam conducted by the Maharashtra State govt. The cut off is based on category, like the general, OBC, SC, ST, etc. The exam is conducted once every year in the month of either May or June.

Faculty

There are around 5 teachers for 5 subjects in a class of 75 students. Almost all the teachers are post graduated in their respective fields, and have teaching experinces of about 7 to 10 years. The teachers are always available for the doubt solving of students.

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

Life in DIEMS

I chosed this college coz it has a very good reputation . Lectures are conducted regulary there is nothing like off lectures here. If a professor is unavailable some other professors is scheduled to take the class , the class is never cancelled .
