Campus is not that big according to what you may come with your expectations
Maintenance and Management is a little poor

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose BBA for management and it was no sobt a great choice because being in Chandigarh i thinki SD is the best option. The curriculum and subjects are also worth it and accordingly. The only thing they can improve is to be more practical rather than theory . The exams are moderate with time given 3 hours

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 47000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

athe tuition fee will cost around 50,000 ans will increase in coming years. The campus and overall enjoyment is good. One can acess the internships college provides and the campus placements i have heard are not that bad after graduation

Campus Life :

You will be facilitated with annual and technical fests such as viraasat and many more. Library is well maintained and has variety of books ,you can go anutime during the working hours . You will have figure out but you will get every facility be it it sports , acting ,modelling . You will also get to know about various clubs and councils where you can socialize and enjoy your best moments of the college

Admission :

Eligibility of BBA is i guess 85% + You need to register on dhe website Chandigarh counseling according to your marks and percentage college will be alloted . 3 counselings will be there. Application fees is rs.1100 and geneally starts after the boards result

Faculty :

The teachers are generally professional and they will for sure guide students in the starting. They will have a good bond and make you learn things good if you attend classes properly . They are also interactive with activities and events happening and will motivate you if you are onto something and wanna start something.

Nice 3 years of life in GGDSD Chandigarh

Placement Experience:

Student sit in placement in 5 semester and many big companies come such as Deloitte, Wipro , tcs etc. but the major recruitment is from commerce department. The average package is 6-7 lakhs and highest goes upto 15 lakhs . Many students do not sit in placement as they opt for higher studies. I will also choose for mba .

About chandigarh university

Placement Experience:

Our college do provide placements but in the growning population and competition its already very hard to get a secured and well salaried job in any course. Obviously bachelors degree don't provide you a good job so my plans after this course is persuing a MBA degree. Highest package from our college is 28 lakh per annum in disney land hongkong.

Internships are available for all the students whether it's 1st year or any other. The highest package was I guess 7L p.a. and the lowest was 4L p.a. but from this year placements will be better as a placement cell has been developed called CATALYSTRA. My plan after getting the degree is MBA

Life at Sd College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is pretty good. If you have interest in it you can do much better. This course helps you to face many real life problems as it prepares you for the future. The areas to improve will be that if you can use the data and knowledge you are gaining here, you should use that in practical way as the practical knowledge in college was not that good. The time period of exams will be 3hrs. They are not that difficult. If you are going to exam and you have read even the pointers or the important questions you can get the good marks from it.
