Exploring Trinity Institute of Professional Studies: Opportunity and Experiences

Dislikes

  • There is not much to dislike about this college and my overall experience has been good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The overall curriculum of the course is very student friendly and it's shaped around the development of the students. The curriculum has the subjects focusing on the real-world scenarios. For eg we study about new media, print, radio etc. There's always a scope of improvement but the course curriculum couldn't get more better. The exams are not that difficult and ample of time is given for preparation but the schedule does scare the students sometimes.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There was around 23000 rupess hike in fees last year and it is subjected to change regularly. The fee structure is little volatile and students do feel conscious about that. The overall course fees is around 3.5 to 4.Lakhs. Quota and scholarship is provided to the student coming from EWS. Also, the candidates from Delhi are more preferred during admissions. There are regular internship updates for the students and some students get placed into college campuses too.

Campus Life :

The campus life of the Trinity Institute is very cheerful all the students come together to make the events successful. There are ample of cultural festivals and events that foster the over all development of the students. The faculties help these student throughout the event and the students are also well equipped in managing all those. These cultural events bring the whole crowd of the college together. Unmad is the official cultural fest of the Trinity Institute of Professional Studies and it is one of the most fun loving fest of our college. There are also events like convocation farewell freshers which are very exciting and interesting.

Admission :

All the aspiring students of journalism and Mass Communication had to go through the common entrance test (IPU CET) which was conducted by GGSIPU. The students were allotted with the marks and the rank and those ranks were helpful while getting admitted into college. We can fill the application form from the official website of the GGSIPU and the application fees then was 1200 rupees and their regularly update about there admission dates and other notices. There were multiple benefits provided to the student belonging to the economical weaker section, defence quota or cast reservations. The candidates inside Delhi are preferred more than the outsiders. The exam was not that difficult and the aspirant scan scored the decent marks as well.

Faculty :

All the faculties are Net Qualified of course and have enrolled for PhD. There are teachers who arr doctorate and arr master of their fileds such as media research, radio etc. The overall study sessions are very engaging and interesting. The bond between student and teacher is very valuable.

College management is very good. They manage each and every event in a beautiful manner. Sometimes, somewhere a mistake occurs but we can't judge a college bad over a lot of good things and a mistake.
