  • Marking System is a little bit bad here as they didn't give more than 70 in any way no matter how better you written.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is relevant & comprehensive. the design of course not only connects to theory aspects but also to practical aspects as more of the course is based on cases & judgements which gives a ground field experience.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

You have to pay 6010rs. yearly for this 3 year course and having 6 semester have to pay every semester's examination fee approximately 1350.as compared to other courses it's easily affordable for any average & middle class students. Overall you can complete your law degree in approx. 30k

Campus Life :

There are 3 buildings of the law faculty usually know as CLC, LC-1, LC-2. The infrastructure of LC-1 & LC-2 is quite good enough from CLC as clc is the oldest building but gives the campus vibes more tha LC1 & LC2. Accessibility of all reference books & oldest judments are easily available in libraries They usually conduct sports like cricket & also drama in the campus Overall the North campus environment is good

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility os good as I'm a current hosteller of Rajiv Gandhi Girls Hostel. They provide u double shitter room along with balcony, bed, study table chair, & a cupboard for each. The hostel is very spacious & environment is good as so much Greenery present hereThe monthly rent goes around 6.5k.otherwise on rented or PG or flats are very expensive to live in delhi for an average middle class students on an average the expenses will not less than 15-20k per month for living.

Admission :

Eligibility criteria for this course is You must have a graduate student & score more than 45% if fall in reservation 50% for unreserved category. The entrance exam is taking through cuet i.e common entrance exam test. after that you have to register in du common seat allocation system i.e csas portal of Delhi University then you will be eligible for the admission The entrance syllabus is based on general paper which have subjects maths, reasoning, static gk, computer & language either English or Hindi. The level is not that difficult they asked very basic questions if have prepared well & with consistency 3-4 months you can easily crack it.

Faculty :

The professors are quite good enough as they are very interactive & clear our doubts also if any.you can easily approach them if u have to doubt anything they will help you...but sometimes there's guest faculty alloted for some subject as they don't have much experience the concept will not clear & u have do it by yourself.

Placement Experience:

Speaking the truth, if one is considering placement in law courses here on this campus then it's not the right place. Indeed there are placements here too but not as per the expectations rather students do well in off-campus placements than going for on-campus placements. With an average placement of 3-4 lacs here on this campus if you still are inclined towards the same.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Doing law was a very instant decision of mine I got an interest in law during my preparation for DU -JAT and then I realized why not go for both professional couses in one go. Faculty members at gibs are very supportive and friendly they keep on motivate the students through different teaching methods. If you are at gibs you don't have to worry much about the term exams because the college prepares you for the exam from the starting they take the class test after the completion of every unit and then the internal is also there. I faced no difficulty in preparing myself for the term exams as I went through the learning process and what I have to do is only revision.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are not the biggest strength for the law department. The rate is too low. Although they offer great internships starting from 3rd year. But campus placements aren't that efficient. Although they're expanding it now and working on it.
