Facilities provided by the management are sufficient. Not especially to say that is missing.
Entrance Preview :
In Mumbai after vjti and spit if any other good college for doing engineering is there then its RGIT and DJ Sanghvi. I got admission in RGIT that too in the computer department. That why I chose this college. Many of my friends travel from palghar Kalyan to come to this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The courses offered in the college are up to date as per the Mumbai university syllabus and it helps a lot to develop the skills required to get into the world. All the new technology are included under the course and you get options to select which subject you want to learn
Internships Opportunities :
No, college not officially provide internship but the faculty on their personal base provide internship reference to the genuine students.
Placement Experience :
The placement and the job opportunities in the college are very a good many companies come in the college and the placement percentage is also very good in college. In the computer department, our of 80 students who are willing for placements out of the 55 are already placed till November.
College Events :
There are various small events are conducted in the college. Various workshops are there for the student to learn the technology. Also apart from these three big events are there. One is the technical festival and one is the cultural festival and the third is a sports festival.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fees structure for the college is average as compared for the engineering. For the oper category it starts from about 93k per year and till 4th year it goes up to 1.06 lakh. The fees for the cast are starts from 5k per year to max of 45k per year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fee viewer fee is the option which is given to the general cast category students if they have taken admission under that category but sits are limited in that criterion
Campus Life :
The campus life is very good. There is an equal number of boys and girls. Labs and other facility provided are average. They are not that high quality but they are sufficient to do the work. There are various sports teams in the college including football cricket volleyball.
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel facility available in the college. But students from different locations rent rooms on the quad basis which tend to be cheaper compared to the hostel fees and about the food. As in Mumbai, you can get plenty of option for the food as per your budget
Alumni/Alumna :
There is no word as senior in our college. They are like our brothers to us and they treat us in the same way. No raging is there in the college.
Exam Structure :
Exam structure in the college is very decent. There is 2 unit test conducted in each semester of 20 marks each. For one test they provide question bank. Some faculty provides it for the both. Checking of the paper is average. No careless checking is done. If the answer is written correctly then you will get full marks
Admission :
I got admission in this college through an online selection process conducted by the jee selection process. I got admission in the third round of the selection process which was the councilling round. Even if you don't get admission through any round you can come and ask for the admission.
Faculty :
The faculty of the college is very very supportive and they help students in many ways by going beyond their limits and they also help them on their personal level also. If anyone is facing any problem then they also take care to solve that problem.
