Course Curriculum Overview :

SHUATS is first agriculture University in india and it has a long history of offering agriculture engineering program. The average package offered to a agriculture student is 3LPA to 5 LPA . The recruiter for agriculture engineering program are MAHINDRA Escorts,TAFE .

Class Size : 140Course Fees : INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

SHUATS offers internship from 2 nd semester students to 8 th semester students . top companies like Mahindra HCL Nestle beverage companies , amul offers internship to students of 2 nd sem to 8 th sem .

Placement Experience :

Campus placement are quite good . The average package offered to students are INR5 LPA to 6.5 LPA. there are various company recutrers like Mahindra,escorts tafe and VST ,NESTLE ,amul and many more company.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee structure of agriculture technology is 62500 per semester and 3500 examination fee.Hostel fee vary on different types of room availability.There is not scholarship provided to students from university

Campus Life :

Annual function like freshers and farewell performed by all departments students.and annual fest are like food stall soil day, sports day , different different fest performed by different different types of departments.

Admission :

You should have to pass 10+2 from recognise board . Application form will found on University website .pay the application fee of INR2000 . submit the sanned documents along with ur application form.appear the entrance exam conducted by shuats . qualify the entrance exam and secure good rank . appear in offline counselling and seat allotment.verify ur documents and get admission.

Faculty :

All faculty members are experienced and good in nature . All teachers are very helpful and very cooperative Student receive more one and one time with instructors to for community and personal support.

4the year students are eligible to sit for the placements. Placements here are not so good frankly speaking and one who wants a good placement needs to apply for off campus placements. The students can start applying for college placements from 7th semester onwards. Various companies visit for placement opportunities. The highest package was 24L for one year. The percentage of students getting college placements is very low considering the competition in this field. My plans are to join the army, but keeping the engeneering field as a backup.
