- The over all environment of the college. The gentry of the students that attends the college of full of determination hopes ambitions. The seniors who are helpful and guide the students and help them navigating through the college life. P
- The culture , the clubs,the fest life which makes the hustle worth it. The meeting and collaborations with new people which helps us in developing and improving our network.
Dislikes
- The instances of lack of classes uninformed by the teachers. It ruins the efforts of the students who show up to the college to study according to the timetable but are faced with this situation.
- The political culture which is yet not moderated by the college and often leads to unnecessary violence and bullying in the college premises.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course that is BCom because bachelor of commerce lays the foundation for most of the important degrees that we can pursue in future and it it is the foundation for basic level of accounting and commerce which any commerce students should know. The curriculum prepared the well enough for real life scenarios however it is more of textbooks based and the real life application comes from real life experience rather than the textbook knowledge that we made to study. There can be improvements made in the areas of the difficulty of the exam so that the students actually learn for the exam and do not just cram the topic last day.
Internships Opportunities :
There are several prestigious companies which come to the college such as KPMG ,EY, to name a few. They offer uploads of important rules depending on the courses opted by the students. Students of b.com program can get placements such as auditing analysis and other fields and can bag placements up to 8 to 10 lacs.
Placement Experience :
There is an entire placement cell which conductor internship fair which is a placement drive and it takes place every conductor internship fair which is a placement drive and it takes place every year and sometimes many prestigious companies also come and employee students from the college. If not from the placement cell there are other means as well such as online platforms available such as LinkedIn internshala etc through which individuals can develop their skills and get internship opportunities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition fee in Delhi University typically can range anywhere from 5000 or 10000 to 20000 at Max. The courses offered are very affordable for students of any background as they are of Meagre amount and can offer lots of knowledge and input which can set us well for for life.
Campus Life :
The over all experience with the college life is very nice the environmental is lively. There are several clubs for social life cultural life which has student communicate and network and have a good experience and memories which taken make which will last forever and they will cherish. There are several annual phase we take place in which artist and performers are also invited and in which students from other colleges can be invited as well which makes it and overall great experience of enjoying shows fooding and taking parts in competitions organised.
Admission :
Students who have passed the 12th standard and have taken up the Central University entrance exam test are eligible for taking up the courses offered. The application forms are available at the official site of University of Delhi. There are several reservations such as reservations of kota's and super numerary reserves as well which can help students from different backgrounds participate and take up admissions in the college
Faculty :
The faculty to student ratio is usually one teacher for 30 to 40 students there are exactly like 3 to 4 sections of each program and can very according to the population distribution in the program. The faculties of wealth qualified and village educated usually from Delhi University and from other prestigious universities as well most of them have pursued m com PhD and respective degrees. Teachers are very approachable and helpful towards the students.
