Course Curriculum Overview :

Good faculties who drive you to love the curriculum is a blessing, that was a driving force for choosing this field.The course curriculum is rigorous and well balanced but somewhere it is a bit outdated and does not match the current industry standards and requirements.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 520000 per year

Placement Experience :

From the 6th sem, placements begin , there are virtual interviews as well as face to face interviews on campus. companies of different sizes with different pay packages visit and go through a rigorous selection process and hire the best.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

During my tenure of 2019-2023, the course fees was INR 65000 per semester along with an additional 12000 for bus services which was optional. The canteen on campus has good food at reasonable price. Scholarships are also available along with financial assistance. Campus placements are noteworthy,for the last couple of years there was a record of 100%placement with multiple students holding more than one offers

Campus Life :

There are multiple clubs and recreational events along with fests, both cultural and tech. Generally it is student maintained but faculties do take the major decisons and the last verdit is passed by the Dean.

Admission :

The admission process was quick and easy. during my time, only wbjee score was checked,and 50000 rank could also get you in depending on how early you opt in and also the course avalability. there is also an admission test for students opting for scholarships and a rank to grab a seat at the college. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES OR DONATIONS AT ALL.

Faculty :

The professors are highly knowledgeable and most of them hold a doctorate degree in their areas of expertise.The faculty to student ratio is like, for every 30 students there are two faculties. Some of them have unique teaching methods and share a great bond with the students. All the faculties are approchable and will try their hardest to solve every doubt you have.

Review on Guru Nanak Institute of Technology from one year of college experience

Placement Experience:

Recession is going on since last few years and being a private college obviously that has affected placements in our college also. The current situation of placement is not really good. Among students from all branches which each may have like 150 students, only 20 something got placed on campus. It is said that companies like TCS, Capegemini, Wipro, Amazon, Zscaler etc comes to campus for hiring but most just come and don't hire. This year highest package was 26.5 lakhs by only 2 students from our department, CSE.

Complete Review for IIIT Kalyani by the student of IIIT Kalyani

After 6 semester you will be eligible for on campus placement. But you can get internship offers earlier. The companies visited last year are Deltax, TCS research, zscalar, yellow class.
