Course Curriculum Overview :

As i was not interested in other branches like mech and ece and i had a bit of curiosity towards the behind the scenes , how are the apps website's working i joined this course . We spend most of our time in labs working on our projects or learning something new that's how the curriculum trains us for the real world. Areas of improvement can be removing some of the mechanical and electrical subjects from our curriculum which i don't find relatable. We have 2 periodicals each sem in a gap of almost 1 month and an end sem exam . They are moderate if you are prepared and has paid attention to the classes .

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

We have a lot of companies lined up but their process is pretty abrupt for selection sometimes it's ats score , some keywords by ai just to shortlist so ee have to be careful with our review Accenture - 25000 Cisco -40000 Corizo - unpaid Jk tyres-15000 Caterpillar-20000

Fees and Financial Aid :

When i joined this course my fees was around 250000 without scholarship which is very less as compared to other colleges at that time but now our college has also increased it's fees a lot for the new comers now it's 500000 and hostel is 150000 . It might not be worth it now but for me at my fees structure it was great .

Campus Life :

Our indian festivals are celebrated in a wide range . Apart from the festivals there are events such as tantrotsav which includes many hackathons , sports events occuring at the same time . Apart from that we have tech fests and many more lined up . 20+ clubs are there run by students and many are even related to companies in a well versed manner .

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel i got alloted is a 10 floor hostel . We have common washrooms here but they are also well maintained . We have specific area for clothes washing. My room is on 10 th floor so view from balcony is amazing and the breeze passing through is a greats experience. Hostel food is also nice when compared to any other colleges hostels . We get 2 out passes in a month but we can go out anytime in day time before 9 pm without pass .

Hostel Fee : INR 125000 per year

Admission :

For us the exam process was online . I applied for the AEEE exam organised by amrita vishwa vidyapeetham . Anybody can apply but they should meet some basic criterias like 75 percent in some subjects . After we got the exam results we applied for the counselling based on our ranks we got the seats alloted . Many rounds of counselling will be there to remove the students from list who dropped and give better branch or opportunity to the students. Everything was easy

Faculty :

The faculty members are pretty good . They are highly interactive and cooperative unlike other professors . They prefer a practical approach instead of just theoritical shit . As a memtor for your conferences , journals we feel free to approach them anytime . They provide their full support to students who are intrested to work . We can interact with them anytime , anywhere.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cybersecurity curriculum in Dsu is designed to provide both theoretical foundations and practical experience in key areas such has security, linus and other related topics . With labs and workshops we get hands on experience on real world problems which help us during placement and internship . The faculty and the curriculum are up to date and help us learn the tools which are currently needed. Cybersecurity isn't just about IT it's also related to law(cybercrime laws),business(risk management) so introducing courses related to them can help students In cybersecurity certification is important so helping students to prepare for certification such has cissp, CompTIA and others can help students a lot Coming to the exams it's not that stressful we will have a month or two to prepare and me personally think 1 week is enough to clear it

Placement Experience:

Over 60% of students got placed this year. We have a very supportive place we get a placement of placement opportunities from the final year and the sixth seven semester as well Top companies such as Accenture, TCS amaedus Schneider electric Siemens JSW, Wipro Z scaler. The highest package was given by Z scaler of 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is fivelakhs.

Inside out of Presidency university

Placement Experience:

The placements at presidency university offers is average, the placements percentage is high but the packages are low, the highest was around 13L per Annum and average of around 3L per annum. Students are eligible for placements in third year, while having many opportunities for internships during the period of 4 years. There are various companies that visit our college for placements such as shell, tech Mahindra, dell, capgemini, and many more companies. My plan after degree is get a high paying job either through placements or self searched interviews

Placement Experience:

Placement of this college is decent. If students give thier maximum they will get it and the good part is, the college pushes us for placements and introduces many more things for good placements like placement programs. THE ENGINEERING LIFE

Placement Experience:

After the 5 th sem students will get eligible for the campus placement in my college . Some of the companies like Nokia ,Deloitte ,Johnson control, some startups , Infosys,Cisco, Capgemini and etc are some of the companies which selected students in the campus placement The highest package in my college was 30 lakh per annum and the average was 6 lakh per annum 90% students are placed during the placement in courses like ISE,CSEand Ece After I am getting the degree I will do a job and planning the masters from abroad
