Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum of my university is little outdated and creates a huge gap between the requirements of industrial skills and our present knowledge. But it doesn't mean that whatever I learnt would go in vain because this curriculum helped me to built my basic foundation and provided a startup line toward my course in more effective and efficient way. My university level exams are medium level and conducted in the form of minors and majors in each of the semesters.
Internships Opportunities :
Companies like Microsoft, Z Scaler, Amazon, TCS and many more provides a good opportunity for Internships with handsome stipend and followed by offer PPO at the end of the internship. I have done internship in NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) as a Trainee Engineer and had a good exposure of knowledge and experience.
Placement Experience :
In my university, there is a good scope of campus placement and having an average package of Rs. 3,50,000. Placements generally go on for 5 to 6 months and mainly in this period around 75% students get placed with good packages. Also my university provides the option to purse higher education for masters such as M.Tech, M.SC., MBA, etc. Companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, L&T, ABG, Z Scaler and many more visit the campus during placement season. So far, around 658 offers made and still counting. Highest package is around 52 Lakhs in Google in 2024.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My university fee structure is completely transparent and there is no such hidden fees is taken. Specifically, if I talk about my course i.e. B.Tech, the annual fees for a day scholar is about Rs. 81,000 and for a hosteller it is about Rs. 1,30,000 (including mess). Also my university provides different types of scholarship which help the vulnerable students to purse any course without thinking of financial status. Hence, my university has a good rate of campus placements and average package is around Rs. 3,50,000 and year after year it's getting better. Also companies like Amazon, L&T, ABG, Z Scaler and many more visit to our campus during placements.
Campus Life :
In my university, basically there are various fests and events takes place every year but the two major Cultural and Technical fest are ABHYUDAYA and TECH SRIJAN which held my Cultural club and Technical club every year in the month of February and April respectively. University has a central library consists of more than 7000+ books with a capacity of 700 students. It also has modern technology and equipped with smart class rooms. Hence, my university also conduct an annual sports event called AAYASH in the month of March every year which provides an opportunity to showcase sports spirit and inner talent in large number of games. Moreover, our university support a non-profitable NGO called NIKETAN for the welfare and free education to village students in the campus itself.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facilities in my university is amazing and fully furnished. The mess has a proper management and completely run my hosteller itself. In the room, you will have single type bed rooms and triple type bed rooms consisting of an almira with study table and chair. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hence, registration process for hostel is very ease and easy to afford my any student as MMMUT is a state govt university.
Admission :
Admission process in my university is based on JEE Mains score card from 2021. Earlier, my university used to conduct it's own entrance exam called MET (Malaviyan Entrance Test) till 2020 through which I took admission to MMMUT, Gorakhpur. The admission process is very easy and there is no such kind of hindrance occurs. There is full transparency in admission process and no management quote is considered.
Faculty :
In my university, the ratio of faculty-to-student is about 1:80 and hence it gives a positive impact in my learning and understanding. Faculties are highly qualified and full of experience and have a completely unique and different approach towards teaching and mentorship. Moreover, it is effortless to interact with teachers and clarify our doubts and questions anytime and anywhere.
