Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is well endowed with various aspects of psychology.Many subjects are taught in bachelor's level itself . Although there may be need of inclusion of a more thorough teaching of clinical aspects of the job in the first year itself to help in internship.The exams are held twice one the sessionals and then the finals with proper distinction of marks and course structure.

Class Size : 77Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fess structure is different for all departments. For my course it starts from 60000 in first semester and increases 1000 each semester.The scholarship facilities is one of the best part .2 types of scholarship are provided one during admission that can be upto100 percentage and is carried on throughout the course with proper marks and the 2nd that is 30 percentage only on cgpa.

Campus Life :

The campus life is one of the most beautiful part.The central library is open for all and even a elibrary portal is available.Some dept have their own library as well.There are over 35 students run clubs and societies that hold programmes all throughout the year including dj night,talent shows, jamming,hostel night,flashmob etc.Sports fest is held around oct called sangathan and the main fest is Amifest held during Feb March which includes a whole month of promotional events by all the clubs.Some of the clubs include Saakar and Udaan the social clubs, Jhankaar and USC the classical and western dance club resp,ness the North eastern students society,ek awaaz and dramebaaz the drama clubs, AMS the musical society, Kairos and aurelia the fashion clubs, allegories and memesis the literary clubs,amiko the Korean clubs,Nihon the Japanese club,etc.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel has both ac and non AC facilities for both girls and boys.The food is not included and needs to be bought separately from either 2 hostel canteens,1 fast food truck,1 military mess,3 other restaurants and a juice corner.Tge hostel often faces problem with ac and lift facilities and the timings is a little to tight.The process of getting outpass is quite long and tiring too especially for girls.

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Admission :

No there are no entrance exam during our time .But now certain course have been included under cute . Although it would have been better to consider taking a test or interview from frost only would help in filtering.

Faculty :

The faculties in my department are all very well qualified and helpful.They have very good insights and are ready to help anytime we want to .Most of them include practical knowledge and indulge in various activities such as ppt,panel discussions etc to help Better learn the topics.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements but the course which i was doing we have to masters as there are negligible companies who recruit bsc students from the college. There were some local nearby companies which had come to recruit students but as such there were no big names. Students mostly do there higher studies after this course and i am planning to do the same.

Starex University is a Good Option for your Bachelors.

Placement Experience:

I have no idea from which semester students become eligible for campus placement. Some private Hotels like Hotel Highway King and some other Big Hotels offer job opportunities for Hotel Management Students. The highest package is about 10Lakh and the average Package is about 2.5 Lakh to 3 Lakh. I'm planning for MBA from IIM Gaya.
