Course Curriculum Overview :
I got admission in a dual degree program i think this very very very good course as I am graduated with bsc physics honors. This course provides us to become a professor at universities and colleges. As I want to study further I got admission in msc physics. this course give me the opportunity to become a scientist in many fields. One benefit of this course is that you get admission for msc at the start of your bsc 1st year by chance you fail in bsc you dont need to drop of a year you got admission in msc and if you want to leave the uni. After bsc, you can also leave and go to other universities.
Internships Opportunities :
Iim delhi iit banglore and many other intership are provided. Time-to-time notices are also provided to the students for internship programs Stipend also provided to students All expansises are provied by uni.
Placement Experience :
Placements are quite good with an average package of 400000 per annum. Univeristy also provides aptitude programs for personality building. Training programs are also held regularly for the student so that they can enhance their personality and confidence. Students who got a minimum of 70 percent marks got placed in many fields like printing, food, and many others
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for this course is 48000 per year. You have to pay it in two installments i.e. before every semester. Many types of scholarships are also provided by the uni. For students of SC caste whose annual income is low their whole fees are provided by the uni. Uni. Also, provide scholarship to students of ews students And university also gives some personal scholarships to students who need them. Univeristy also allows earning while you learn for the study can earn money by working in offices payment is given based on work/hour.
Campus Life :
University Life is best life functions are held regularly like the flower show in August, freshers for students in September, Diwali fest, new year party, children's day, teachers day, holi fest, farewell parties and many other programs are held in univerisity for the enjoyment of students. Infrastructure are best latest technologies are used in classrooms, ac fitted classrooms are there. Laboratories are their. Not for every subject I can say that for every topic there are apparatus available Tours and trips are also held by the university for students. The university also provides funds for trips and costumes used in functions. We enjoyed a lot during the functions dance and all Wifi facilities are also there in whole university
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is alloted by the mean of seats per year for different courses if the no. Of students are more than the seats alloted then preference is give to far-living students They are diff. Diff rooms 2 bed set 3-bed set and 4-bed set Per student a bed an Almira a study table a chair is provided Light fans are enough in the room Space is also well enough Airy rooms are their Very very good experience i enjoy a lot in hostel I just said everyone should live in a hostel once their life Study room TV room indoor sports room meeting room is also available in the hostel security guards are always there 24×7 If a student dont get a hostel there are a lot of pg and flats outside the university
Admission :
Eligibility for this course is you have to pass 12th by physics chemistry, maths/biology with a minimum of 60 percent to apply for admission you have to take the entrance test of university i.e of 100 marks, you need at least 40 marks for admission and admission is done by counseling cut-offs are nearly 45 marks. Admission is done on the basis of entrance marks. Seats are reserved for SC, ST, BSB OBC other state students for students of Jammu and Kashmir also for other country students Application forms are available at the university website i.e www.gjust.com
Faculty :
The best thing about my university is that teachers take classes regularly they don't skip classes for their office work or some extra work. Teachers interact regularly with the students even the chairperson of the department used to interact with students once or twice a week also the vice chancellor sir interacts with students and takes their feedback about department teachers and any other problems. My department faculty members are excellent whenever a student needs help from a teacher they always stand with him student can ask their doubts any time to the teachers. Teachers also allow them to take doubts during their lunch time or also whenever they meet them. They give us the freedom to call them any time when we have doubts. Teachers are highly educated and are full of knowledge they make the concept very easy to learn. My department teachers are excellent.
