Students here in this college are more focused on academics as compared to other co-curricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum has improved after the college became autonomous. The courses are up to date and focus on proper development of students. Top notch subjects like vlsi and industry courses like debugging are taught along with research subjects like ml.

Class Size : 180Course Fees : INR 94000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships offered are not in campus. Cllege tpo firwards some places you can apply to. Other than people go for a paid training. Research projevts are done in collaboration with college professors. But, you need to work hard.

Placement Experience :

The college gets you job ready. On campus placements are usually good. Most students get placed. Other than that, you are encouraged to take up higher studies as well. Personally, I plan to take up masters in a premier institution.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Currently the fee stands ar around 68k per semester. The college comittee does not provide any scholarships like IEM and other institutes. But if you want to process a scholarship from other souces, usually they are helpful.

Campus Life :

The campus life in reality is not good. There has not been any fests for the last 3 years. No freshers, no farewell, no fest. They take money in the name of fests but do not work upon it. If you hope for a beautiful college life, this is not it.

Admission :

I took admission via wbjee. My rank was 1500.cut off liea close to 2k for cse. The worst part is they do not answer queries through phone. So, be ready to travel back and forth multiple times. Other than that a large part is through management quota.

Faculty :

Faculty members are extremely helpful ad long as you show enthusiasm. Their subject knowledge is vast and most of them are from iits or some other premier institutes. They have great conections as well which will be extremely helpful.

Review on Guru Nanak Institute of Technology from one year of college experience

Placement Experience:

Recession is going on since last few years and being a private college obviously that has affected placements in our college also. The current situation of placement is not really good. Among students from all branches which each may have like 150 students, only 20 something got placed on campus. It is said that companies like TCS, Capegemini, Wipro, Amazon, Zscaler etc comes to campus for hiring but most just come and don't hire. This year highest package was 26.5 lakhs by only 2 students from our department, CSE.

Placement Experience:

The placement data of this college can be found on its site and if you work hard from your side the college will definitely bring in the companies and you will be placed depending on your skills. According to my knowledge the students becomes eligible for placement from 6 th semester this information may as be wrong so please refer to college once . College tries for almost 100 percent placements but with no skill even god can't help you so it comes to you individually how much have you grown. My plans after the degree is to get a job .
