Course Curriculum Overview :

Our college is one of the finest colleges in kolkata as a new college as it was established in 2016 as a university, in our nither students nor the facilities are allowed to enter without ID card and our college is very well disciplined and strict actions are taken against any indiscipline inside campus. The campus is fully under cctv curvilence and cctvs are always on and operated by an individual asigned for the particular job and our classes are mostly smart class as most of the are intugrated with projctors and smart boards and screens. And most liked part is feedback session held twice a semester and work is done according to our feedback to make us more comfortable inside the campus

Internships Opportunities :

As a first year student I don't have a clear idea about but according to some of my seniors internship rate is 100% in my college and it's held in the year before final for one semester and companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc come to the college for internships and job placement

Placement Experience :

Placement scenerio in our college is very good and our college also provide us, with soft skills classes and aptitude classes to proare us for interview and pre interview rounds in campussing. This year our placement is the best till date most of the final year students have managed to get a job and the average package is about 4.5 lpa

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is not vey heavy amount my fees for 4 years course is 464000 and it's not a very big amount for us right now and there is also scholarships provided by the college itself and government oriented scholarships are always there and faculties also helps us in getting scholarships

Campus Life :

My cmpus is the best according to me. Our campus is not so big but place to enjoy our college life properly. The classrooms, labs and washrooms are good but ace of them all are us the gym and common room and lribery they provide all the facilities needed there and what else should a student insde the campus

Admission :

To get admission in Brainware university one should go to the official website and apply for the application and one of admission department faculties will call you and will make you understand every thing very properly. Eligibility for taking admission is one pass the 12th exam with 60% marks

Faculty :

All the faculty members are very good they behave politely with all the students. The teaching staff are also very good at work they teaches us very properly and also guide us when ever we have doubts. Some teachers are also very frank with they are very friendly to us and we also love to do the classes and our HOD sir is just fabulous a knowledge house and little strict

Interview Experience :

Yes we have to sit for an enterence exam for brainstar and according to the rank we are given our sections and for first 3 rankers there is a prize and also it also help us get admission quickly and in a very precusr way.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Good Placements

Placement Experience:

We become eligible from the later part of the third year to sit for the placements as the companies arrive then. Mainly placements are dependent on service-based companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro e.t.c. who mass recruits a whole lot of students with standard 3.5 to 4 LPA packages. Product-based companies like Oracle, Amazon, and trilogy too visited the campus. Oracle recruited a few of the candidates, Amazon too but nobody could clear the trilogy's OA rounds. Oracle offered a package of 15lpa and Amazon around 22 LPA. But a lot of students applied off campus and the highest placement off campus was 72 LPA in Google. The placement percentage is nearly 100% which is mainly due to the fact of service-based companies. I too am interested in IT jobs so am preparing for the same.

Seeing stcet again through my eyes

Placement Experience:

Students from the 4th-year 7th semester onwards become eligible for all sorts of campus recruitments. Cognizant technology solutions are the principal recruiter. Other companies which used to come during this time include Infosys, Odesha technologies, itc infotech, and others. All these companies generally take many students from our campus. During our time around 88% of students got selected from our batch. Out of which many students got double job offers from cognizant and Infosys. Some got job offers in sonodyne, Vodafone, and other companies. The highest package was offered by cognizant which was about 6 lakhs per annum. An average package of 3.5 lakhs per annum was offered by Infosys followed by itc infotech which offered roughly 4 lakhs per annum. After getting the degree I will pursue Ms maybe or maybe I can opt for MBA too. Also, I can sit for ies exam. Let's see what happens.
