As my college campus is set on a hill I am fond of the overall atmosphere of my campus especially during monsoons and winter .
The infrastructure provided to the students are good compared to other aided colleges around the corner . I also would like to comment on the faculties as we have such a talented and hardworking teaching embedded with some of the amazing achievements

Dislikes

As I have mentioned in my likes the atmosphere is very good during monsoons and winter but in the case of summer the climate is pretty harsh
The students coming to the college is depended on either the college bus or self vehicles. Those who come in public transport system are the mostly affected especially in the morning . They mostly depend on auto or lift.

Course Curriculum Overview :

If we talk about the teaching methods i would like to say that in 1st year every branch is made to study certain science subjects which doesn't have any relation with the branch they are studying. In the case curriculum almost everything is pretty much good i guess

Class Size : 56Course Fees : INR 65000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee Structure is low compared to other colleges. There are many scholarships provided for the students such as e - gransz etc , also the university provides free supplementary registrations for students from backward castes .

Campus Life :

Campus Life was very good when I was in first standard but it turns out to be just normal campus afterwards . The facilities are pretty much good when it comes to classrooms and other . College offers a variety of sports and games including table tennis but more significance is given to cricket

Admission :

Admission process is pretty good. From the entrance the student union member gives duties for guidance and support. The entrance exam for the admission is keam and Jee . The cut off depends the branch which you get. If you wish to get admitted into Computer science engineering or Information technology engineering then you need to secure higher rank. In our college ECE have the highest number of seats so eventually more students are there

Faculty :

The faculty to students ratio in 3rd year is 1: 50-55 , but when it comes to 1st years and 2nd years it is upto 1: 70 which will be very difficult for the students. Offcourse we face a little bit issue regarding the teaching method , speed etc but it can be cope with

Actually placement cell is a bit week the company's is not that reputed and they offer monthly salary of 12k to 15k. Probably some startup companies. And many students choose that and work for 1 or 2 years to gain experience and then they apply for better opportunities.

SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
