Course Curriculum Overview

4

The BBA course helped us to build interpersonal skills but not much about the real world. It was mostly partical but mostly it wasn't as per the real world conditions but still managed to inculcate confidence in most of us

Internships Opportunities

5

The first Internship i did was at Monginis HO in Goa, we had to do an internship for 6 weeks where it was related to general management. The second internship was department specific, i chose to do it in the HR department at ITC Grand goa but due to Covid-19, we couldn't so we had ro do it online which was to study the Marketing strategies of any company, i chose to do it for Puma.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee were very high considering the academics and the output received from the college. Se had to pay for some facilities which we weren't even allowed to see. Like the sports area, the gym, studio. We also weren't allowed to access the lift. For internships we were told to inform the organisations not to give us stipend as it was instructed by the college. There were no opportunities for campus placements as promised during the time of admissions

Campus Life

4.5

There we many festivals but BBA students couldn't participate in most of them but whenever we did, we always won it. There is an event conducted by the BBA department every year whose name is "Impressions". Impressions is the grandest event in the college.

Admission

First we had to register for UGAT which is the entrance exam for BBA and had to cross a particular percentile then after clearing the exam we had to purchase the brochures from the college and after that register online on the college portal and proceed with our application for admission. After the online application, we had a face to face interview with the principal and after that the names of the students who were selected were displayed on the notice board in the college. There was a second list too

Faculty

2.5

A few teachers were experts in the topics they taught us but a few were lacking the skills to express what they wanted to and teach. A few teachers encouraged students to participate in any sport but majority of the teachers would not allow students to go for any sports.

Interview Experience

4.5

We had 3 ISA's every semester and only the 1st ISA would be written; all other ISA's were pacticals. Some were Group presentations, some were individual presentations. We also had Group discussions and group ISA's

The faculty use the 50/50 teaching method. They teach you the sub course and they will assign topics within the sub course for presentations to be done by the students. It really helps the students to understand the topic better.
