Faculty, teachers are very nice in IT field but in civil or electronics the teachers and faculty are very bad specially in Civil engineering branch so I recommend go for Information and technology or computer science branch.
Campus are not too big it is good enough but the staff there started whispering too early and don't want us to sit comfortably

As discussed earlier campus is not big enough in dav institute of engineering and technology in Jalandhar Punjab
I don't like the practical file system because it is waste of time for the students as it doesn't contribute towards learning, just waste of money in printing

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum are worst because first of all it doesn't meet the requirements of what industry needs and second is that it doesn't even matches with our brand like in information & Technology branch and Even in computer science they put Chemestry subject which we doesn't need in future.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placement is same as of other 3 tier colleges like you can expect 3-4 lpa packages easily if you are a good student if if you are excellent student you can have 6 lpa to 10 lpa and all other students can do nothing except their luck

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fees is very high but increases gradually so it is okay okay You can afford it and most people have scholarship there which is easily provided for sc and st castes students but for general and obc there is nothing like scholarship.

Campus Life :

Overall experience according to study is not soo good but according to social my overall experience is quite good, i have good friends and colleagues and also teachers and faculty members also each branch have its own club and it is good

Admission :

It is very easy you can also have counciling for admission to get your favourite branch and if not you can directly go to office and pay some advance money and then they will guide you for the further steps.

Faculty :

As discussed earlier the faculty members of information and technology and computer science branches are very good but the faculty members of other branches like electronics and civil engineering are worst and I don't like it personally because they don't behave good towards students and give very less internal marks than what you deserve. Some faculty members teaches good and some just don't care at all.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for internship had placements. The companies which generally comes for placements are google, wipro, deloitte, Microsoft, HCL, TCS, LnT, Cisco, Infosys etc are some of the highest recruters in chitkara university. The average pakage is 5-6 lakh per annum and the highest package is around 1cr LPA . The campus usually tells us to keep the CGPA more than 7, I will go to foreign country after my degree
