Largest, old university with survival old building adding character to the place. well maintained place
Very hug and clean campus. Professor of bhu are very helpful

Dislikes

Casteism exist: this is the most controversial point but it is true

Course Curriculum Overview :

Trend and my intrest are specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course Regular lab session workshops and internship that provide hands on experience Behavior of some teacher with student are not God. I suggest this for improvement

Internships Opportunities :

All the companies give around 20000 thousand rupee for stipend to bhu students. Microsoft Google Amazon Facebook Nvidia Intel Dell Ibm Adobe Uber Flipcart Ola These are the companies which come in bhu for placement opportunity for students in bhu

Placement Experience :

Students of final year of graduation are eligible for campus placement. IBM limited., info, wipro, Genpect sbi life insurance come for placement in bhu . For bcom student lowest package is 3 lakh and highest package are 10 lakh

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Complete cost of my graduation is around 1 lakh including all the expenses Bhu not give any scholarship to student. Tuition fees are reviewed periodically typically on an annual basis Assistant professor with lectures grading and administrative tasks. Typically offer to post graduate students.

Campus Life :

Technex, Kashiyatra, spandan, srijan are some festival held in bhu. The central Library of bhu vast collection of over 1.3 million book covering a wide range of discipline including science, technology, medicine, humanities social sciences and more

Admission :

A high school diploma(10+2) from a recognized board with specific subject requirements depending on the course. Application form are available on the official bhu Bebsite. The application fees is around 600 for general and 300 for sc st

Faculty :

Student and teacher ratio are good in bhi All the teacher in bhu are very experienced. The guide well all students Student should arrive on time for classes and appointment with teacher. Punctuality show respect for teacher time and demonstrate responsibility

Glimpse of bcom(hons) in Banaras Hindu University

Course Curriculum Overview:

Their curriculum is consists of internal(marks weightage 30) and theory(marks weightage 70) internals consist of assignment attendance presentation and sessional test their marks weightage depends on professors of respective subjects. Teaching method needs a major repair and examination and syllabus is very old fashioned.No essence of practicality in the course

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students becomes eligible for campus placement.There must have passed in all the semester till 5th semester. Companies visited were EY, Decathlon, Kothari corps etc. Highest package that was offered was 7 l.p.a by EY for the profile of Internal Auditor. And package offered were 3l.p.a for the job role of accountant or sales manager. Around 80% of students got placed but they didn't opted for the job as in B.COM you don't get much of exposure so mostly students opts for MBA or other additional courses as their career options
