So many assignments will be given that you will end up forgetting to upload them before deadlines

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is same all across India, they haven't updated it to the latest technology, the same old stuff we have to study but that's what the MoE has prescribed. To sit for placements you have to study on your own and study a majority of stuff that's not taught to you in curriculum, You will have 2 CATs(50 mark each) and 1 FAT(100 mark) .

Internships Opportunities :

Various companies visit during placement season and as a lot of companies have ties with VIT and the placement is handled by CDC(career development cell), Various companies with tech and non tech roles visit VIT and you can opt for them if your branch is eligible to sit for a company. Usually teh advantage CSE branches have as they are eligible for most of the companies that come. Even fin tech, finance companies comes like Tresvista, Bain and Co.. So prepare aptitude and your resume well enough.

Placement Experience :

Usually VIT tend to provide 100% placements but this year as the placement season was bad across all over India, so VIT also couldn't help it and around 55-60% students got placed on campus and rest started trying to apply off campus. Even I had to take an off campus offer.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you score really well in VITEEE exam, you will be provided a scholarship, it varies with ranks, but every semester you will be provided with internship. But this year the placement season was bad across all over India, so i took an internship off campus

Campus Life :

You wil have a lot of clubs in VIT in which you can enroll and certainly you will make a lot of friends and see loads of drama too. Clubs are a great source of networking tho with your seniors and juniors and connecting with seniors is a good aspect as they can help you with placement stuffs and getting referrareferrals also.

Hostel Facilities :

You can get rooms based on your rank, so VIT has a hostel ranking system based out of you CGPA, so if you have a good CGPA you can avail for AC rooms and get accommodate easily and you can also choose your roomates, so let's say you and your 3 other friends are planning to take room together so the one having highest CGPA can take other three as his roomates. There are 6,4,3,2,1 bedded rooms available in VIT in different blocks, and lately 2 new blocks are also being built. Though some wardens are bit strict and there's fine if yyou get caught smoking, first time they won't charge any fine, just a letter from second time they will.

Hostel Fee : INR 115000 per year

Admission :

Usually it happens with counselling rounds based on your rank in VITEEE exam, it happens once every year, it doesn't have any negative marking so make sure to attempt each and every question,unlike JEEy.You can find the form on the website of VIT. There's no reservation.

Faculty :

The faculties are very well qualified as VIT doesn't appoint people unless they have several research papers published under their name, and the faculties do teach well, they are there when you have a doubt, you can reach out to them after class Or in free time.

Campus Placement of this college is very good means 95% oif the students were placed. from 6th semester you'll able to get placed but i recommend to complete the studies. Companies visited in Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc. 95% of Students were placed from the campus selection. i'll planning for the campus selection from the college.

Placement Experience:

The campus is quite good, in a class of 70 students 50 get placed in a company. Although the average placement is Rs. 650000. some people get 16 lakhs 17 lakhs, 20 lakhs and some 44 lakhs. Many companies visit our campus just as SAP, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, etc. The highest packet of the previous year is 44 lakhs in Google and our average package is 650000. 75% + students are getting placed. I have planned to get a good job at a big MNC.

Campus life is good at JUET

Placement Experience:

Placements are good for only CSE with an average package of around 5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Amazon, Capgemini, and tech Mahindra come for campus recruitment. No core companies visit here. If you are going for a core job you have to apply off-campus or prepare for the GATE exam.
