Course Curriculum Overview :

The course and curriculum are really comprehensive. The institute encourages us to volunteer in various NGOs or provide Community Service to the public. They also provide us with different opportunities like seminars and internships

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are offered through internshala and sometimes different foundations come to campus providing various internships for the students. Most of the internships are unpaid. But if secured independently, we can obtain paid internships

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fees for Bachelors of Arts in Economics is around ?44,000 per semester. If we opt for hostel accommodation then we have to pay and additional amount of ?20000 towards the hostel. Various scholarships and financial assistance facilities are also available for students.

Campus Life :

As we head into the 2nd semester we are encouraged to join various co-curricular clubs like Photography club, Dance club, Sports Club etc. The institution has a blooming campus life with students from all around the country. There is also a student exchange program each year.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are good but there could definitely be some improvements. The wardens are really strict but are really not accountable. Being a Christian Institution, the wardens and other members of the clergy are abit partial to the problems and issues of 'Non-Christian' students.

Admission :

The addmission process is really simple. We can apply to various courses through the University website. Applications are issued based on availability of seats. The interview can be appeared either over call or in person.

Faculty :

The faculty members are well qualified. Most of the professors are PhD holders. The institute also has many contractual faculty members who are either pursuing PhD or already have the degree. Overall the professors are wrll qualified.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is good but i feel some things are unnecessary. And it could have been more interesting if some good literature novels were included. I think the university can look again at the course which will be beneficial.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) 10/10 for economics, it's very practical and I can relate it with real life cases 2) it's tells us the economic theories and models related to real world and helps us grasp the concept through which we can shape our understanding of the real economy and real life cases 3) I feel like proper notes should be given by the professors in a definite manner and detailed syllabus with each specific topic must be given 4) our end sem exams are conducted on December and June. The difficulty depends upon our preparation. The difficulty is moderate

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since the uni. board has opted to follow the NEP 2020, the syllabus and the course patterns are very detailly picked for each semester. This education policy also has and lets students to take equal opportunities in learning a subject out of their honours paper, by letting them choose a wide range of common papers that might help in ability enhancement, skill enhancement, multidisciplinary and value added courses. This broadens a students level of expertise too. So its a great way of learning I'd say.
