The colelage have a Really big campus with a lot of space. It's situated in a bit high ground, which helps us to isolate from rest of the local areas. The campus is also have calm and quiet atmosphere here, The sun set view from the top is really good
Most of the facilities are really friendly and will support you for studies in any way possible, the will also help you to even clear your back papers, the campus have a library facility with all the academic text you can imagine.

Dislikes

Initially the introduce us to alot of clubs but the club activities are minimal. They are only limited to the club members as well.
Teacher only help in getting you good marks, extra activities are minimal, the library only have academic text books, we don't have facilities for other books

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course I have choosen is BTech computer science and engineering, I choose this course to because of the current relevancy of the course, since ai and similar technologies are really big demanding skills these days , I think it's a really good course.

Class Size : 63Course Fees : INR 72000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The collage will encourage you to find and do your own internships and recently they allow third party companies to visit college and get paid interships for you to do, but those companies are really good and will give you good interships.

Placement Experience :

There are placements provided by the collage. here the average packages are between 10000 - 30000 in the initial stage, but compared to other colleges nearby it's really low package. but if you have enough skill you can get place in really good companies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I got here though merit, my fees was 72000 from the beginning, there is also alot of scholerships available here , I have friends studying here from fees as small as 27000 for the same course. They will give you more time if you can't provide money quickly.

Campus Life :

The overall campus life is kind of ok , I would not say it's the best, but since I'm in college hostel I spend a lot of time in the campus it's fun here, the collage have really good facilities for all laboratories and workshops.

Hostel Facilities :

Here hostel facilities are good, but the room get wet when it rains, but the food is average, and comparing to other college hostels it's good. but the hostel fee is as low as 5000 per month, If you didn't eat food for more than 3 days you don't have to pay the mess bill for that days.

Hostel Fee : INR 50000 per year

Admission :

I got here through KEAM entrance exams, my rank was really low, I got admission through caste priority, You need to pass the 12th with really good grade.ie , atlest 90% and really good score in KEAM entrance exam to get admission here, or you have register your seat her before KEAM exam

Faculty :

The faculties are generally friendly and they will help us to get really good marks in the semester exams , they will definitely complete all the portions required for the semester exam within the stipulated time but the don't promote skill development that much.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
