Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is very old and not updated very much, they really need to upgrade their lab infrastructure, practical approach is lacking in the whole curriculum. Need to add more inductry exposer through industrial training, projects, corporate tieups
Internships Opportunities :
There were covid lockdown in our time. College didn't provided any training opportunities. As there was a training mandatory for the semister exam, one online training was organised with TUV SUD with student's money only. That traing was of no good. Only for the shake of training it was organised
Placement Experience :
Placement scenario is very very poor specially for food technology course. Only one faculty is there to look for placement. Companies are loosing interest in recruitment from our college due to don't care attitude of the faculty. In our batch only 10-12 students got placement offers from college with avg of 2.5lpa ctc. I will not recommend to join this course
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The ROI is very good, with the course fees sane as other courses food technology lacks tge placement opportunities. No scholarship or financial aid provided to any students. During covid periods only 10-12 students out of 55 got placement from the college. Very poor placement scenario.
Campus Life :
There us no campus life in this college. Only a small playground is there. No proper sports commitee. There are some cultural and technical committee which is run by students. This is all you get in terms of campus life
Admission :
Entrance is mainly happens via joint entrance exam. No cutoff is there as such. Anyone can join the college with any ranking via management quota. College committee need to think about restructure the admission process and also eligibility criteria should be more strict
Faculty :
Faculty to student ratio was 1:6 & Some old faculties are very good and experienced but new joiners lack of industry knowledge Students can approvh a teacher anytime some old faculty members are very good in doubt solving
